UPDATE: I got sick after eating the sub. Terrible cramping, needed to throw up. The food was not toasted even though we asked, but the ingredients added after "toasting" were not cold at all. I would love to temp check all their items on their line because I doubt it is up to code.
Absolutely atrocious service. Never go here.
The woman working did not welcome us in. When she finally decided to talk to us, we ordered a foot long roast beef sandwich. We did not specify we wanted the special, more expensive one. She charged us for the higher priced sandwich even though that isn't what we got. When I asked why, she didn't say anything to me, just called somebody who answered straight away and said we were "complaining". She said that we can't order the CYO roast beef. I asked can I ever order it? She told me I have to specifically request I'm ordering a CYO sandwich. I have never had to do that once in a Subway, I was shocked to be told this when I didn't even get the special sandwich ingredients. After she just kept talking to the person on the phone without updating us or trying to accommodate us, she rudely said to me, so do you want it? My boyfriend really wanted the food as he was starving so we took it, and once we finished paying she crumpled up the receipt and continued to talk about us on the phone as we left the store.
I wish I got the workers name because she needs to be fired. She never tried to work with us and was extremely rude. To the manager, whoever the girl was that closed on Sunday, April 14, you need to either talk to her about customer service or get her out. Maybe it's this whole stores practice as I now look at all the terrible 1 star reviews from here. If so, Subway Corporate needs to get this store into shape or get rid of it because it makes me never want to go to another Subway again.
Also once we got home, the food is bad. The pepper jack cheese, or whatever it actually is, tasted worse than the bad individually wrapped American cheese slices you can get from a grocery store.

On BOTH of my sandwiches the bread was like a hockey puck rendering my sandwiches pretty much like cardboard as they crumbled in my hands when I took bites. The bread was also burnt on the italian herbs and cheese. I used to manage subways so I know what's going on here. Your morning opener is proofing and cooking way too much bread and it's getting all dried out by the time lunch and after happens. In order for your customers to have the freshest most lovely bread and sandwich experience you need to be cooking fresh bread every couple of hours. So less done in the morning but more times cooking it. I'm not sure what you're store policy is but it's rendering your bread inedible and pretty disgusting. I couldn't even have her remake then bevause she had others in line and was busy but I also hate wasting food when so many are going hungry. Service was subpar but notr rude, ,just bland and hurried. I know what is like I used to manage a store what did 102 sandwiches per hour and I also know how hard it is to keep numbers right but if yall are making these cardboard sandwiches and o just spent 23.12 for lunch only my sub should be OUTSTANDING not leaving me wishing I went to McDonald's! Read morei keep trying to go back to this location to give them another try but they never get better. food- something is wrong with their fountain drink machine, the co2 has a fruity flavor to it so every drink tastes off. told the employee's, they just act clueless, but then i see other customers saying the same thing. decor- smallest subway ever, the whole store is diagonal and cramped service- the people don't always greet you when you come in, most have attitudes, they still come to work even when they're sick. i know they wear gloves but they wipe their snot on their sleeves while making sandwiches. STAY HOME IF YOU ARE SICK! watch what they're doing like a hawk if you go here, they will often toast your sandwich without asking. and then when you say "i never asked for toasted" they'll be like "so what do you want me to do?" and when the customer in front of you leaves, they start talking about them, so they probably talk...
