Subway — Restaurant in Denver

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience, and I will never be coming back here.

I ordered online when I was on the way to the store, and when I got to the store I waited at the back of the restaurant for them to finish making my order. The worker was cursing and being incredibly rude towards the person who ordered the sandwich, likely because he didn't realize that the sandwich was for me and that I was standing right in front of him.

If your employees are going to talk trash about their customers, they should probably make sure they aren't doing so while the customer is standing right in front of them.

I reached out to corporate and requested to speak to someone from their customer service team, but I never heard back.

Don’t even want to give it a star. Ordered our food online a week ago we ordered 4 sandwiches (BOGO) paid xtra for xtra meat on all four sandwiches and didn’t get that they put way to much mayo and vinaigrette we had to wipe it off. Also requested sandwiches to be toasted couldn’t even do that. The 2 guys in there are very slow and had people waiting even after sending my order(30 mins). Did not get my BOGO either. So you all ripped us off who else have you ripped off. Even complained to corporate twice and no response. Will never come to this...

Ordered through door dash and paid almost $15 for a footlong because it was one of their new premium sandwiches and once it arrived it was only a 6 inch. I tried to call the store so i could maybe get a gift card or come pick up the right order as it was somewhat close to me and they proceeded to let the phone ring for 5-10 minutes and if they would pick up the would immediately hand up the phone. Extremely unprofessional and not how you treat a customer. The location in Golden is much better and always more...
