I recently had the pleasure of trying out this new food truck in my neighborhood and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations! The torta I had was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. The bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the meats and vegetables were fresh and the sauce was the perfect balance of tangy and spicy.
It really impressed me when they made a special quesadilla for my son. It was clear that she wanted to make sure that my son was happy and well-fed. The quesadilla was made with care and it was clear that the ingredients were top-notch. My son was thrilled with his meal and couldn't stop talking about how delicious it was.
The food truck was clean, the owner was friendly and attentive, and the overall experience was top notch. I highly recommend this food truck to anyone looking for delicious, authentic and well made food. I will definitely be back to try more items on the menu, and I'm excited to see what other delicious items they come up with. 5 stars...
Read moreCozy little taco truck putting out big vibes. Bi lingual staff. Rapid service. Good attitudes and even better food! So far everything I have ordered comes with traditional fixings. The lengua is straight fuego. The Al Pastor crushes what other places anywhere in the vicinity serve up. I haven't looked at the menu enough to see if they do mole but if they have it I'm sure it would slap hard. If they don't I hope they start to cuz I would love to try anything they make. They have a robust collection of salsas, including a Chipotle crema that is to die for! Right next to those are to go cups for said amazing salsas. The covered dining area is always clean and welcoming. They have a nice beverage selection as well. Do yourself a favor and go out of your way on your commute home from a long day at work and treat yourself to...
Read moreI agree with the high ratings here!! I am a fan and will be going back. This is a food truck that is better than most restaurants - and that is no exaggeration! The price is phenomenal - $10 for an enormous burrito - I got chicken. And several fresh salsas there for you to put into a container to go. I accidentally asked them for extra but didn't need to because I could have just served myself. She offered me ranch and sour cream as she was handing off the burrito - so they don't nickle and dime you. Go there! (If anyone were to read my Yelps you'll know that I have been haaaaaard pressed to find any decent food in Denver. I call it like I see it, sorry folks! Love the mountains, love the hiking, but the food here sucks). So, believe me when I say that it was fresh and delicious. And...
