I'm not even sure where to start with this one. So I'll do it in chronological order. The first warning sign should of been the amount of reviews by accounts with just one or two reviews. However I didn't realize that until after I was inside. The second warning sign was no one here at dinner time on a Saturday. I questioned it for a second but decided to go in, I should of looked at the list of reviewers again more closely.
Once I got inside everything was covered in plastic. The table we sat at wasn't clean and had sticky stuff on it from what looked like a sticky drink. The server brought us our menus and didn't come back to us for almost ten minutes when we were the only ones inside at the time. Once she came by to take our order she finally took our drink order and our food. The water didn't come out for almost twenty minutes of being in the restaurant, which by that time another group came in.
Now the real fun begins. Our order of humus came out which was store bought pita and it was cold. The humus had a pile of oil on it that wasn't olive oil. It tasted like maybe canola oil and hopefully it wasn't soybean oil. The olive they put on top was the lowest quality olive I've seen in a long time at a restaurant. Then our falafela came out which was just chickpeas with some sesame seeds in it. No other spices or flavoring I could detect. It didn't have much flavor at all. The dipping sauce tasted like maybe sour cream mixed with dill pickles, I'm honestly not sure.
Finally our main dishes came out and what a flop that was. First off all the meat was completely overcooked. I couldn't get my fork in the chicken it was that overcooked. I couldn't even eat it. The lamb steak was also overcooked and didn't even taste like lamb to be honest. It tasted like sirloin beef steak. None of the meat had any flavoring. They just topped it off with some sumac. The salad was presented well but the dressing was also store bought. I attempted to eat what I could but I eventually paid and just left with half the food left and almost all the meat on the plate because I couldn't bite into it.
The server never came to check on us after our food was delivered. She was on her phone the entire time and talking to some friend that came in the whole time. I got up and paid. Not sure why I paid but I just didn't want to deal with it. To top if off their prices are way over the top. The prices she charged wasn't even the same prices on the menu they served us. And my wife didn't get all the food her dish was supposed to come with, which we didn't care because we wouldn't have ate it anyways. Completely horrible experience. We will not be back to this place. Hopefully they can improve but they need some major improvement and training. I don't like writing reviews like this but it didn't even seem like they tried and the amount of questionable reviews is just frustrating after I spent $71...

First off, the entire vibe of the restaurant was amazing. It was so clean and the decor had such a wonderful touch! From the traditional touches to the “fireplace” on the TV during the snowy day we went on — it was great.
Second. The food. Oh my, the food!!! The owner herself came and gave recommendations and was so thoughtful in her service, questions, and simply her presence! She even shared a bit about her intentions for the restaurant, including the freshness, flavor, and vision — it was inspiring hearing just a bit of her story.
We ordered the mixed grill and the lamb shank for the two of us, and I all I will say is 🤤🤤🤤 we weren’t even that hungry we went and when we saw the huge portions, we were like no way we are going to finish. Let’s just say, I’m amazed by the capacity a body has when served delicious FRESH food!! … and that mint lemonade… 🤤x100 is all I will say!
Finally, my favorite part of it all was that all the amazing touches for making wudu, the wonderful prayer area facing Kaaba, and the delicious halal food made my spiritual soul glow 😇 Mashallah, thank you to the amazing owner, her heart and all those who make a Tuti Grill the amazing place it is!
All I will say is — my local Denver friends are so lucky they get to come here whenever. I will...
