We came in today very excited and wanted to try everything. The drinks were decent, but the customer service ruined the experience. We ordered a total of 8 drinks and waited around, watching as more drinks came out. However, no names were called, and customers were just expected to know which drink was theirs. Many people sat there confused, waiting for their orders. We asked the girl with bangs for a cup holder since we had 8 drinks. She didn’t respond but slowly took one out. She struggled to open it, so we said, “It’s okay, we can do it,” because we didn’t want to hold up the line. She still didn’t say anything, threw the cup holder down, and walked away. We then asked another employee for a cup holder, and they said nothing to us as well. We let them know we were still missing one drink — again, no response from either of them. They stayed completely silent the whole time. By then, we were already disappointed, but we still said thank you. No one responded. The employees seemed like they hated their jobs. If you truly dislike dealing with people, you shouldn’t work in customer service. We kept a positive attitude the whole time, but this visit was a huge letdown. It will be our first and...

We got to a lot of boba places. This place has the potential to be amazing if the service was better. Some employees are great. Some act like you being there is an inconvenience. The owner included in the latter. The owner has never once greeted us when we waled in. A smile and a welcome in, seems impossible to her. That really sends the wrong message. Drinks are good, but for the price I wish you got a little more drink not a TON of ice. I wish I would have taken a picture or pictures but your cup should not still be filled to the top with ice after you have drank the liquid.
