The Donut House — Restaurant in Denver

Horrible place.....did a order through good to go went in that morning and spoke with a lady told me that I am here to pick up a good to go surprise bag......the lady( I don't remember her name) asked me what is good to go??? I'm like really??? You don't know what good to go is?????? I had to show her my app for pickup and asked me what's supposed to go in it. I told her I don't know it's a surprise I don't get told what's in it. She then proceeded in the back to fill a box for donuts and then wanted to charge me a second time for it after the app charged me on google pay. She told me ok whatever bye. I went home ate a donut and felt sick to my stomach as did my daughter too. They tasted old and horrible. Kinda left a nasty film in my mouth after I ate it. I will never be...

This place is tucked in a little shopping center and easily overlooked, but is a true hidden gem!

They have the best donuts in town, hands down!!! Always fresh and delicious and the filled donuts are filled to order. The coffee is also delicious. And the ladies who are always working are just the nicest people!

They also have delicious breakfast burritos and kolaches, if you're a savory breakfast person.

And if you're not a coffee person, they've got an assortment of drinks like milk (plain, chocolate, and strawberry), Red Bull, Celsius,...

This was my first time buying donuts from this location. The apple fritter was one of the best I've had from Donut House. It was fluffy, not too sweet with bits of apple. The cinnamon, maple glaze, and chocolate glazed oreo donuts were good as well.

I gave the rest to my neighbors since I had so many. They also participate in the too good to go app. That's what I purchased today. The surprise box was 12 assorted donuts for $10.47 when the regular price was $30. I'll definitely be back for the apple fritters and try some new varieties....
