They do a decent job, their big thing is shellac. They always want you to do shellac and never colored acrylic or anything like that. They don’t seem to have many options if you like nails that aren’t just plain colored. They also make you wait a long time regardless if you have an appointment or not. I came here to get Halloween nails done back in October. They were really surprised that I wanted a design on my nails and seemed almost annoyed. And then they had a customer that was literally sitting in the seat next to me lined up waiting for the nail tech that was doing my nails so the entire time this customer was just staring at me with a dirty look because she was waiting on me but it wasn’t my fault they are poorly staffed. Then I remember on another incident while I was getting my nails done someone had come in and she had been waiting there for at least a good 20 to 30 minutes and there was plenty of chairs open plenty of employees there and she went to get up and leave and they went chasing after her saying that someone was ready for her and it was conveniently right when she was about to leave. Today I called in an hour ahead of time to make sure that they would have time for me I set up an appointment I was there 15 minutes before my appointment. They had me wait the full 15 minutes and then an additional Five minutes after my appointment had already been scheduled. And I just thought that was really poor customer service they also helped walk in before me. And I understand that I was early for my appointment but I would think if I was courteous enough to set up a time for my appointment and I came early that I would be helped before I walk in. So I decided to call another nail place that had better reviews that was 10 minutes away and set up an appointment there. And I told my kids to grab their stuff then all the sudden One of the employees came running after me telling me someone was ready for me again so conveniently that it’s right when I’m about to leave because I’m so annoyed. Then she has the audacity to touch me on my shoulder and try to grab me and tell me again that someone was waiting for me and I was like no thank you and walked out. I also forgot to mention that the man that I spoke to you to set up my appointment took down all of my information what I wanted and my name and when I got there and told him that I had set up the appointment and what it was for he looks so confused but he was the only male employee in the building so I’m pretty sure he was the one that had to have taken...
Read moreA member of a FB group recommended them but unfortunately, I wouldn’t. We had made an appointment and that did not seem to matter. We had not had our nails done for several months so it was a treat for my daughter and I. As we waited over 50 minutes past our appointment time she wanted to look at all of the colors of dip powder on the wall. We started to look at colors and we were told to go sit down in the pedicure chairs even though we weren’t getting pedicures that’s just where they make you sit. Very weird vibe. Then we were given two small books of colors to look at when they have hundreds of colors in the shop. My daughter had wanted a very specific color but just decided to give up and pick something else because it was so hot in there and we had waited so long. All but one of her bottom cuticles was damaged during her dip powder mani. My acrylics feel very thin and one broke off four days after getting them. All I did was open a cabinet. Looking at my nails, it looks like the acrylic powder was put only on the lower portion to the top of the nail bed, causing the rest of the nails to not have any support. It was a strange experience and I’ve never had a salon. Tell me I can’t look at any other colors and to sit down like that. They only seemed to have two people that knew how to do acrylics. I asked for oval shape and thought he was going that route and he did almond. I felt like they didn’t care what we were going to do what they wanted. In a limited amount of colors. I did not get very clean vibes either. It wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t great. This is my personal opinion based off of my experience. I am planning on going to a different nail salon this week to have them completely redone. I feel like they were not honest about the price here either when I called. I was told it would be drastically less and I think the only reason they started my child’s nails first is because we were...
Read moreWas looking for a place to fix my EXTREMELY jacked up nails from another place. I never go back to the same place that already did a crappy job (that’s why I didn’t go ask them to repair them)… that’s just ignorance lol.
Bruh!!! Look at that cuticle work though 👏🏼🙌🏽 Superb!!! 👏🏼 And remember: if you want quality work, you pay for quality work.
I knew going in here that I would more than likely have to pay for a brand new set, as the work was that bad 🙄 . However, I was also expecting them to RIP the acrylic off my natural nails, as that is what most salons normally do…. TIM DID NOT!!! 💖 he actually did it the way it should be done… soaked and filed.. rinse and repeat 👏🏼 Saved my natural nails and put an acrylic overlay on them.
THANK YOU!!! They are so light and natural looking as they should be.
KEN did my pedicure - no complaints at all. Feel how they should after pedicure lol.
And their son did my nail art - I LOVE that this is a small family business. That explains the extra care they take. It was nice not feeling rushed through my services.
I’ll see how they look over the next 2 weeks… hopefully I’ll have a new nail salon!! It’s a struggle finding GOOD QUALITY...
