I went here on my lunch break, which is a decent length so I usually have ample time to get my food and get back to work. Today I waited 5 minutes to be helped, and ended up using the kiosk because the girl behind the counter kept looking at me and walking away without even asking if I would like to order. I waited about 10 minutes after finishing my order before I noticed others who had arrived after me were getting their food, and inquired at the front about what happened. Apparently my order never went through to the back, and while I was getting frustrated I understand that the employees cannot control a situation like this. I ask them to make my order and let them know what it is. They make my fries and nuggets and then take 10 minutes to make my burgers incorrectly. After I waited 10 minutes for the burgers I asked for fresh fries since the ones they had given me had gotten cold, and I saw them pull a fresh basket. She then proceeded to tell me that I would have to wait 3 more minutes even though I just saw them pull a fresh basket. At this point people that arrived after me have already eaten and are leaving, so I just took my food and left. I arrived back at my work with no time left on my break, and find out that my burgers are cold and have so much mayo on them that it is dripping out of the sides and one of them isnt even the burger i had ordered in the first place. I had asked for light mayo to be added to both, and end up getting a lake of it on my wrapper after attempting to wipe it off to make it somewhat edible. 30 minutes of total wait time for absolute trash. Needless to say that I won't be returning to this Wendy's ever again, and while I'm sure this book of a review that I wrote won't affect business much I needed to vent my...
Read moreYoung kids with a high turnover rate. Line is fast, but staff failed to communicate being out of a product. Just simply ignored. But my granddaughter is 3 and she didn't forget. I waited 3 minutes, and a crew member looked up while she was prepping food, stuffing bags, and handing me stuff while the boy looked at his phone. I told them they forgot the item, and the boy stated they ran out. Would I like another item? I said, "Do you do particle refunds? Not a wait a minute , or hold on , just shut the windows got the manager and the manager came upfront to refund. It seemed like a pain by the look on the managers face and said, "No worries, I'll do another item, which is what I tried to say before he shut the windows to call for the manager. Point to story: Be more patient, meaning allow the customer to respond completely before cutting communication off and continuing to look at an electronic device. He would of saved 7 minutes of both our lives by using 10 seconds to communicate properly. Besides that love...
Read moreWhare do I start... This location is horrible, dirty and has a staff that is underqualified. The manager is the only one who had any common sense. Walked into the establishment at approximately 715pm was second in line. Approximately 10 minutes later they finally took my order and another 10 minutes to get our food. Food was barely warm not even hot enough to even begin to melt the cheese on our sandwiches and yeah cold French fries. As we were sitting there an employee came out from the back with food in his hand (early 20s black hair/mop on his head about 5ft 10in grungy employee) walks past us throwing the F bomb and other not so nice words directly infront of my kids no less looking at my kids while doing so. I went directly to the manager. As I stood at the counter the employer sat in the back of the restaurant glaring and staring at me calling me pretty much every name in the book. The manager quickly took action. But unsure of the end result as the manager and staff are probably...
