From the moment I stepped into Cleopatra Sweets, I knew I had found something truly special. The aroma of freshly made kunafa and baklava transported me straight to the heart of the Middle East — it’s rare to find a place where the sweets aren’t just delicious, but made with such genuine care and authenticity.
Every bite tasted like tradition. The balance of flavors, the texture, and the use of quality ingredients clearly reflected a deep respect for the craft. This isn’t just dessert — this is heritage, lovingly preserved and shared.
The staff were incredibly professional — courteous, attentive, and efficient. They made sure I felt welcome without being overbearing, and their knowledge of the menu helped me try new favorites I never would have thought to pick.
But what truly sets Cleopatra Sweets apart is the warmth of the owner. His kindness and humility shine through in every interaction. He treats every customer not just like a guest, but like family. It’s clear that this isn’t just a business for him — it’s a passion, and it shows in every detail.
If you’re looking for authentic Middle Eastern sweets served with heart, hospitality, and pride, Cleopatra Sweets is a gem you simply can’t miss. It’s more than a bakery — it’s...
Read moreGot a whole host of snacks here. The baklava was the best I've ever had. The little chocolate filled cookies were perfect. Can't remember what they called it but the chocolate pudding thing with creampuff pieces in it was delicious as well. Can't wait to try the rest of the items I bought here. 10/10 coming back next paycheck for more.
Edit: Yeah. Been going back every so often. All the food I've tried has been delicious here. Their chocolate ganache cake has been a favorite of mine. The tirimasu is also very delicious as well.
Today I picked up two of their newer flavors. The mocha cake and the vanilla cinnamon cake. The mocha totally goes well with their new cold brew mocha latte and the vanilla cinnamon cake is perfect for cinnamon lovers.
Also I have forgotten to mention previously how incredibly nice the staff there are. They are very patient and kind. Beyond the delicious food, they are truly what keeps me coming back.
Edit 2: Picked up 3 new things today. The cheesecake isn't overly sweet or cheese and is perfectly creamy. The black and white cookies are my new favorite! The Vanilla cake is also not overly sweet as well. Which is great compared to other cakes that are much sweeter in both...
Read moreLet me first start this off with I always support small local businesses, being a small business owner myself, I understand the difficulties.... That being said, from the very moment I walked in with my partner and my service dog we were IMMIDIATLY accosted in a harsh tone that dogs are not allowed.... by the extremely rude daughter of the owner, who then proceeds to give us death glares while calling out her dad to "deal with us" I would like to point out you opened up shop next to a MASSIVE pet supply/grooming store.... Mutts on main would provide you guys a STEADY income, yet you would rather be disrespectful and rude to paying customers? Put a smile on your faces, giving paying adults death stares does NOT do well for business! We will NOT be returning despite being so close, and we DO NOT RECCOMEND this place unless you enjoy really disrespectful and rude people. Plenty of better bakeries in the area who won't give you stale baked goods and nasty attitudes. Also Fun Fact, Service dogs actually DO NOT need to be labeled, I would recommend looking on the American Kennel Club for all the rules on...
