Horrible attitude after they messed up my order twice! I placed an online order for 3 items plus 2 sides. Once I got home i realized half of my order was missing. I called and said several items were missing, they apologized and said I can come back…then i realized they actually messed up the order that I actually got as they didn’t put any meat so I called back and said that. They said they would remake all 3 items and when I asked if i should bring back the wrong item order they rudely hung up the phone on me. Then I drove back 10 mins to the store, they asked me if I brought back the wrong item while speaking to me with attitude. They first messed up my order, give me extra inconvenience and yet had the audacity to request an item after failing to answer if I should bring back the item with attitude so they can check whether they actually messed up or not, after literally missing half the order from the start!! Then once i got back home with supposedly fixed orders, half of that order was messed up!!! Probably the worst experience even after I had left a tip at the time of placing the order!!!! The meat selection (adobo/steak/pork/white meat chicken) is the same as you'd find in any other Moe's restaurant from anywhere in the southern United States. Likewise, you can add your preferred style of rice, beans, guac, pico, shredded cheese, lettuce, grilled peppers, grilled onions, fresh jalapenos, pickled jalapenos, and your choice of sauce. Each entree comes with a thick handful of thin tortilla chips. I'd recommend eating there. The informal dining area is clean, family friendly, and features a salsa bar with a variety of flavors and spice levels for you to experiment with.

I was really excited to try Moe's at this location as my family decided to order food from the various restaurants in this area. Knowing the situation of the Pandemic going on at this time. Like I said my family was in the area for food, so I tried to order my meal online but it wasn't giving the option to customize my order I decided to just pull up to the store and call to place my order. Now I could see the workers in side preparing the food for the online orders and understand. But the female picked up the phone,which didn't even try to take my order and automatically put me on hold. Now remember that I said I was pulled up to the store, so I saw as she had me on hold for 8mins without ever going back to the phone. They had time to talk to each other and prepare food for other people who arrived as I was on hold and never did they pick the phone back up.
