Do you want a burger patty that falls apart like a manwich? Do you want unseasoned burger patties that share the same texture as wet chewed up substitute teacher packets? Well then this place is just for you but nah ima be serious for a sec to say that for the last year+ I’ve been giving them chance after chance but they always seem to either make it terribly on purpose or the staff couldn’t cook a burger to save their own lives. Eating the cheese curds are a battle in itself, imagine chewing on battered rubber band balls covered in the worst 7/11 cheese sauce and the bacon is almost always brittle like it was left out for hours then used when needed. My fiance and I don't eat out often so when we do it it's a real treat. I am so upset and disappointed that we chose to use our one take out order in several months on this place. The entire order was cold. My fiance ordered a rodeo burger and it was covered in sauce. There was barely any bacon or cheese on it. My classic burger had the wrong sauce and whatever sauce they did put on it was just way too much it was dripping all over. The onion rings were put on the bottom of the bag so they were smashed and soggy... not to mention cold. When I tried to call the restaurant several times no one bothered to pick up the phone. We ended up throwing the entire uneaten order in the trash. We will never again...

Food is way too expensive for how it tastes. I'd rather eat at Wendy's at least they serve fries and a drink with their $7+ burgers. We sensed a slight attitude coming from the lady taking our order. On top of that we were asked what side and drink we wanted with our food as if they came with it but in reality it seemed like just a trick to get money from us. Our son had burned chicken with his meal and had to wait about 10 minutes longer than we should have because our sons fries weren't done yet. So it was about a 20-25 min total wait from ordering to getting our food. That was our first and last time...
