Taco Bell — Restaurant in Derby

Well other than the false advertisement that happens all the time at this establishment and the slowest working thieves I've ever witnessed that work at night The place isn't so bad, I'll never go back but that's just because I hate paying for something and not getting it or getting only a quarter of it. When you pay for a side you pay for exactly what every one of their pictures show which would be a full portion cup... Even the management tells the employees not to fill them up but to only fill them half full or a quarter of the way full which is exactly what happens to me every time I've gone there. That's false advertisement when every one of their pictures show a full portion cup you should get a full portion cup I didn't even have enough cheese for three french fries. Oh and if you make a deal about it they act like you're the worst customer in the world and basically throw an overflowing portion cup at you.

Secondly when you order chips and queso you should get both the chips and queso but for some reason at night they keep it from you I got chips and even that was horrible because the bag was only a quarter of the way full of chips, pair that with no cheese and you've got wasted money. These people at night don't care at all They don't want to give you what you pay for and they're too busy doing what the thieving management wants them to do trying to save money while stealing from the customer that they don't even care to give you a good experience and like I said if you bring it up to them about how crappy their service is or about how you paid for something and you want what you paid for You're automatically the worst customer they've ever witnessed. I can't stand that the management tells them not to give you what you pay for because they're trying to save money That makes me furious because you're losing customers with that amount of stupidity. I won't be going back I'll find another Taco Bell that actually gives me what I pay for cares about...

Worse place ever, the night time drive thru cashier is the most rudest person I have ever seen, we order some Doritos loco tacos in a meal, 3 beef burritos, and another 1 dozen of tacos, they gave us the total of $21.81 so we continue to the window to pay and the cashier told us is $43.50, I respectfully disagree and told no is not you told me $21.8, her answered was that's not the right amount and if you want to eat you are going to have to pay the $45. I asked her to talk to the manager, she said that she was the manager, so I told her, well as a manager you should know you are wrong, because the order is right, the monitor, gave me the total and that's the amount I'm paying not a penny more, well by then there was more people on line and I was holding the line waiting for the manager, Needless to say my attitude changed completely, 10 minutes later the real manager came and we explained what happened and she agreed we were correct and apologized for the cashier behaviour. So at the end they not just lost this customer, they lost the entire family of 8 customers....

I just home from there. The cashier came directly from cleaning the restrooms to the cash register. I ordered a couple salads and nacho bell grande. While I was ordering the manager was standing right beside the cashier and was looking at her as I ordered. I went to the restroom and as I came back to wait for my order to go, the manager said due to the recent ecoli breakout they threw out their romaine and said I hope shredded lettuce was ok. The only problem I had with that was, why didn't she tell me when I was ordering so I could choose something else if I wasn't ok with it? Then I got home to find out the nacho bell grande was chips with a couple scoops of beans dumped on it, a half a scoop of beef and a drizzle of cheese and a clump of sour cream. The salads showed the same lack of effort with incredibly small portions of chicken and again just a pinch of cheese. I can't remember having an experience so...
