The staff of Casa Martinez provided the food for our wedding reception last April, and it was an absolute hit. They allowed us to choose to main ingredients and provided all of the fixings (we chose chicken and ground beef) along with tons of rice and refried beans, salsa, and chips (we picked up our own sour cream and cheese dip, it was cheaper that way).
