Workers are everywhere. They don't know where their designated areas are apparently. There are 2 females yelling. One yelling I can't wait to go home, and yelling loudly everytime she touches something hot. A girl in the front working drive thru area is yelling about fries being dropped more than being handed out. There is a new girl in front, and nobody is there helping her at all times like they should with proper training. They are all playing around in the back, and taking forever to get the food prepped. This one family had to wait over 10 minutes JUST FOR HIS BURGER TO BE PUT TOGETHER! The patty was already made, but the person making it took their time, and was more worried about talking to other workers than to give the people their food! Just unprofessional overall. Usually good but lately I've had problems with food at night. About a month ago we spent premium money for cold,nasty, and incorrect food. The guy blew it off and refused to offer any resolution. Tonight I bought 2 combos, over $20 in food, that we can not eat because it's raw. I don't mean a little pinkish, both burgers are nasty RAW! And I ate several bites without looking, but something tasted wrong. Of course, there was no answer when I called. I hope I don't get sick. Plus we live 30 minutes away from town. So when they screw up, it costs a ton extra to go back. Not to mention time, etc. And the fact that that WAS SUPPER! Ordered a single w no mayo which should be $8 and change. Total was over $11. Drive thru was slow. Got to the window and asked them to read back my order as I questioned why it was over $11 vs the $8 on the menu. Cashier lied to my face about the amount due. Brought the food back and not only was it mildly warm, it was the wrong order. I wanted a #1 single no mayo and these mf gave me a double baconator w mayo.
