Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Derry

This dominos is ridiculous. I’ve never had so many issues consistently and I keep giving them another chance thinking maybe just a simple misunderstanding or they were busy and running behind or perhaps even a new driver that wasn’t familiar with the roads and yet something goes wrong every time. I’m done with this Dominos! We live literally 5 minutes from them we also live in the town of Derry as do they and somehow they can’t seem to know the difference between my street name and the name of the town they work out of and keep ending up on another street. Which fine at first simple mistake but when the driver calls and tells me that I have the incorrect address then repeats it back and I say yes that’s correct and he decides to rep me “Then you don’t live at this address” that’s the straw that broke the camels back do not dare to insult the customer and then tell them they dont know their own address and that they are wrong ever after telling the driver that they might be at the wrong address and they proceed to denying they might’ve made a mistake and the most logical option is that the customer doesn’t know where they live! Then the basically cut the pizza into 1/3 and 2/3 on an order that was suppose to be a half and half so that whoever ordered the 1/3 topping got hardly any pizza at all. This company has angered us for the last time I’m sick of this particular store I’ve never had any let alone this many issues at any other Dominoes. So my girlfriend and I have been having a problem with our pizza not being cut all the way through. It sounds like a little problem, but it was EVERY time. How can a pizza place not cut a pizza correctly? So we decided that we were going to go to the Londonderry dominos to avoid this, even though it's a bit out of the way. But tonight I couldn't drive out of my way so I said screw it, ordered from Derry. I ordered a large thin crust pepperoni pizza, garlic knots with garlic sauce, and 8 habanero wings. But what I got was a thin crust pizza that again, wasn't cut all the way through, cinnamon sugar knots with garlic sauce (who in their right mind dips cinnamon sugar knots in garlic sauce), and 6 plain wings. How hard is it to look at a screen, and do what the screen says? Like, do you not have eyes? So from now on, even it is out of the way, I will be going to Londonderry dominos (because they got our order right the first time). I recommend you do the same, or just go to Sal's down...

When I walked in I waited behind 3 people then when it was my turn someone walked in behind me and they asked the name for a pickup. I also had a pickup so don’t know why they’d skip me, I step up next and the girl at the register walked away and no one came back. I waited 10 minutes before I was even asked if I had a pickup or order. They have me pay and walk away for several minutes when I wait for my receipt. They come back and told me my order had to be redone and it’s another 10 minute wait. I finally get my pizzas waiting 20 minutes when I got there when they should’ve been ready since they were ordered online 20 minutes prior. I get home to find massive bubbles the size of some the entire slices with no cheese, sauce or toppings it was pretty much a cracker.
