Only mediocre thing about this place is the actual food itself. The managers have less work ethic than the actual 14-16 year olds that don't want to be there. Specifically Willy, who got put on leave for slapping a minor working at this McDonalds. Willy, an old man who disrespects anyone he comes across he doesn't like. Me and my friends were sitting down in this McDonalds, we got food, and we ate it. After that, we stayed seated for about another 30-45 minutes when Willy walked over. He came up to us telling us we were loitering and weren't customers. Willy, we were clearly eating at 4 PM, the only people that were there were only workers and people who weren't eating. We were the only real customers. Maybe Willy is racist, considering my friends are Hispanic. Considering he slapped a minor working there because he got told to shut up, doesn't sound too far off. Old white man with like a half stroked face. He limps around the entire place with his huge stomach falling over his waist. Willy, next time pay attention to your surroundings and don't slap minors that are on your pay roll. The atmosphere is typically loud and annoying teenagers, me and my friends are not. There have been plenty of times where we've ordered from this McDonalds and sat down and eat. We have never once been as loud as the other kids who were there, yet since we're teenagers we get told to leave too. Listen, I understand it, you don't want us there because you don't want to risk slapping another minor. Also, there's another, Jennica. Jennica isn't nearly as bad as Willy, but she's just going to stereotype you if you look anywhere near under 18. If you're under 18, and anyone else has been in there today who seemed like they were under 18, you're all gone. By the way, 2 of the last 10 times I've ordered from here they've been missing my patty on my burger. Maybe that's the result of when you slap minors and kick them out because of a generalization. Me and my friends are typically very respectful, especially at this McDonalds. We know not to be extremely annoying, and yet the workers don't see that in us because we're underage. These workers need to fix themselves, every single worker except for the ones doing the actual work. All the managers are rude and generalize, the actual front desk workers are nice and respectful. Also, one time there was poop on the ground. Take that how you will. Willy is disrespectful, Jennica generalizes, and that short fat manager does all of the above. Fix yourselves. Your probably 65, 38, and 40 all working as managers at McDonalds. I know it's not a good job, but you choose how you act. Clearly you...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been a previous employee and this is genuinely the worst McDonalds there is. I had a few nice managers, but the majority of these managers will scream at you. I understand youāre miserable with your job but thatās no reason to treat people as if they arenāt even human. As an employee, you have to take responsibility for your co-workers who decide to smoke in the break room and attempt to do 50 different tasks at once. Once I was instructed to clean the lobby and take out the disgusting garage bags WHILE making McFlurries and bagging items. Full grown adult co-workers have threatened me and screamed at me. At the time I was 14 years old. This job doesnāt teach you responsibility, it scares you into not wanting another job ever again. I tried coming back to McDonaldās a year later just to find things were the exact same way. My first day I had to scrape hardened ice cream off the walls for inspection day, since McDonalds only cares about their cleanliness and safety if they can get in trouble for it. The scraper was literally broken and kept cutting into my skin. My hands were bleeding. Then as if that wasnāt enough, Iām on my hands and knees for two hours scrubbing high chairs because the condition of these were DISGUSTING. Youād think theyād want to prevent small children from getting sick. Not to mention, thereās black mold growing on the drink dispensers. Now, as a customer, Iām being screamed at once again. The employees could not be more disrespectful. Itās ridiculous, because even on my hardest shifts I would still keep a smile on my face. The reason Iām just now writing this review today is because I am at my limit with this location. My friends and I are at McDonaldās, literally ordering food. A newer manager comes up to us and kicks us out of the store. Why? Because we were āloitering.ā You canāt be serious. This location thrives off the students who spend an outrageous amount of money on fries. Weāre allowed to be here if weāre respectful and quiet. This was when there was only two tables being taken up. (My group and another group.) It came out of literally no where and Iād like to see you kick the families and grandparents who stay in the restaurant for more than 30...
