I worked for Arbys almost ten years, i loved thier food then, and i hope i always will. There is one thing i could never understand, and that is,,,like hours before they close, they break everything down, which Actually creates a barrier for the workers, and the service gets slower, and food is not hot nor fresh, ya get curly fries with your krinkle fries etc. Id rather have hot fresh food than stuff that lingers above the fryers, were there are no heat lamps, and fries that were fryed 2x, just aint the same. You dont get out of there any quicker by the early hour breakdown. Some employees tend to forget that us Consumers/Customers are the ones paying them to work. Amen. Well, im done with eating here. At , before 7pm everything to do with closing looked as if it was pretty much done, when closing time, all they have to do is turn lights off, lock up. Omg clean the fryer grease already, check the swiss cheese for MOLD, and if the bacon has a funny smell throw it away, and my lord the chix has a hold time, and im sure half hour or longer is way to long. Such a nasty after taste when i ate a bite of chix sandwich and a fry together, which has Never happened. Mold is not my inner friend, then to have bacon that should have not even been considered serving, and fryer grease that is over due on changing cause the fries have black specks caked on them. Those black specks is what goes to bottom of fryers. Fries come out dark, chix looked burnt, and the taste is just not at all right. That whole combination makes for a pretty disquisting meal, no, a totally disquisting meal. It is jan 22 2022, anx if no one else had something to say about the food, etc this evening something isnt right and it cannot just be me that happened to,,,,, 🤮🧐 eeew. After reading a bunch of reviews, and the meals i order at night that are blahh, the day time is when to order, but mold is mold, old grease is nasty, and no good bacon is just what it is, the combonation turns the stomach to knots, and allergies to mold can turn to a unhealthy reaction.. Pay to send employees to the Food Safety &Handling classes, everyone will learn something new. My stomachache is tore up, and took only 3 bites too many to knot my stomache....
Read moreWhat started as a simple quest for a good meal ended in pure disappointment. We swung by this place on our way out of the city, opting for the drive-through because we were in a hurry. In hindsight, I really wish I had just kept driving. I wasn't sure what I wanted at first, so I asked for a recommendation, and the employee suggested the BBQ bacon burger. Let me tell you—this was one of the worst decisions I've ever made.
The burger was so dry, it felt like I could slice through someone’s hair with it. No amount of condiments could have saved it. The bacon was a joke—thin, tasteless, and entirely unappetizing. It didn’t even add the smoky or crispy flavor you expect from bacon. The whole thing was just sad. Honestly, the picture in my head of what this burger should've been, compared to the reality I got, speaks a thousand words about the level of disappointment. The meal I envisioned was far from the dried-out, flavorless mess I was served.
To make things worse, the employee who took our order was of no help at all. I tried asking for suggestions, hoping to salvage the meal with something better, but she didn’t have any tips or helpful advice. I was left to figure it out on my own, and clearly, that didn’t go well.
I didn't get a chance to go inside the restaurant, so I can’t speak to its cleanliness or atmosphere, but based on the drive-through experience, I’m not sure I want to know. After the meal, I found out how they cook their burgers, and trust me—knowing that only solidified my decision to never return.
If you’re ever in the area, I highly recommend skipping this place. You’re better off grabbing something from anywhere else. I wouldn't recommend this spot to anyone, not even if you're desperate for a quick bite. Sometimes, pictures speak a thousand words, but in this case, my experience with this burger speaks volumes: dry, flavorless, and completely disappointing. Save yourself the frustration and avoid...
Read more0 stars all around --- I had the worst experience at this Arby's last night. We went around 6:30pm. And we were one of 2 total cars in the drive thru. To start, the service was not good, we weren't greeted by the lady working the window, we said thank you every time she handed us something and we got no response, or "have a good night". From someone who used to work in the fast food industry, I know that our entire experience came from straight laziness and carelessness. The curly fries were soggy and Luke warm, my beef and cheddar had no cheese and was also barely warm. My husbands chicken bacon and Swiss had NO CHICKEN!!!!! No, I unfortunately did not get a picture of it as he was so upset he immediately threw it away. Our chocolate shake looked good but tasted really off, almost tasted like cleaner but we couldn't exactly put our finger on it. Safe to say we didn't drink it.. The only good thing out of this order was my fresh mozzarella sticks.
I've gone to this location before, and it's never "the best" but usually it's good enough. We've never been the people to not eat what we order but last night was a first. I have no photographic evidence of the chicken sandwich or else I'd be trying to get a refund since we only ate 1 item in our...
