New Year’s Eve, at 230pm, there was only one car ahead of us in the drive-thru, and when I pulled up to the speaker to order, a female voice, literally, said "what do you want?". I told her part of my order, and then was going to add a shake & 2 cookies. She was upset & very rude. She gave me my total & the cookies weren't on the screen. She didn't tell me which window to pull up to, so I went to the first one & waited for a couple mins, and no one came to the window. The car in front of us that was at the pick-up window pulled out, so I went ahead and pulled up to that one. A young female, looked to be in high school, came to the window. I asked her if she got the 2 cookies on the order because I didn't see them on the screen. She asked if I still wanted the shake & I said yes, I ordered both at the same time. She told me it would be an additional $1.02 & would be a separate transaction. She frowned & had a bad attitude, being extremely rude the whole time. She handed me my card & just glared at me. When I got home, I went to put my straw in my drink, and the lid came off of the cup. When I looked at my drink, there was a big glob of white foam, with black specks in my Hi-C Fruit Punch, that looked like saliva. I dumped it out as I wasn't going to drink it, with knowing it should NOT look like that as I work in food service. I understand that it's New Year’s Eve, and she was working, but I also worked, today, and would NEVER treat a customer the way she treated me, and I was even being nice to her, including thanking her, despite how she was acting. I was almost afraid to eat my food after seeing my drink. I will NOT return to...
Read moreSo my family and I never eat out. I finally decided I was not going to toss the coupons so we could eat locally and support. However tonight was the worst experience I have ever encountered in any restaurant or fast food chain. Happily I took my coupons and ordered the family meal for $13.49. We ordered some additional items as well. The order on the coupon rang up 1399 after the cashier/manager asked me for the coupon code. I kindly told him that the coupon states is 1349. He told me to pull up to the window and we would deal with it there. When I pulled up to the window and handed him my page of coupons. He told me that the coupon was expired. I kindly told him no it expired 5/24/20. When I corrected him, he then rudely told me that their Burger King did not participate with that coupon. Also a lie. It’s $.50 and I realize that money is not the issue. This is simply what you advertised. But I asked to speak with a manager, I got a lot of hand movement, Eye rolls, and quite a few neck rolls and finally “I am the manager” His name is Thomas. He then rudely decided that he was not going to serve me. He stated he had other customers to wait on. I had been waiting in line 7 minutes with no one behind me. He told me if I had a problem I could pull around to the front door and call the corporate number. I obliged. However there was no number posted... I guess I understand at this point why this location is never busy but cars are lined Up and always waiting. With customer service like this, myself nor anyone I know will frequent this location again! Calling cooperate...
Read moreI literally cannot believe the experience my husband and I just had at this BK (around 11:15pm on 5/20/19). We pulled up to the drive thru speaker. The girl asked to take our order. My husband said “one sec please” while he looked over the menu. She immediately responded rudely with, “if this is an order for Cory with Door Dash, the Door Dash cut off is 10pm and I’m not making you that food.” My husband said, “huh? No, that’s not us.” She said (rudely, again), “I know it’s you, I just watched you pull out of the parking lot and pull back in.” My husband said, “excuse me? I just got off work and this is my first time here.” She said (still rude af), “so you’re telling me a car identical to yours just pulled out of the parking lot while you were pulling in? Riiight... but whatever, what do you want?” Neither of us like being called liars so I asked for the manager. She said she is the manager. Wow. Not sure exactly when management training started including accusing customers of things they didn’t do and then implying that they’re lying, but that’s cool. Needless to say, my husband and I left without ordering anything.
For reference... Neither of us are named Cory, we have never been to this Burger King before, and we’ve never used Door Dash in our lives. So I guess if you drive a silver Honda Civic (lol how many THOUSANDS of those exist?) and you go to this BK, prepare to defend yourself because you’ll be accused of being someone named Cory that orders Door Dash after the cut off...
