Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Des Moines

This place is very hit and miss. Although what’s worst about this place is the customer service and quality. I’m sure if Dominos Corporate came in town. Had a pizza, ordered online, delivery. They would be very disappointed and concerned about what is really going on. I don’t care how great a manager can respond if they can not control their staff. Let’s get this straight MANAGEr. There’s a lack of leadership and drive at this dominos. I’m sure some staff might care but it al takes one bad seed. Should be planning for success not waiting to handle the next complaint.

Quality - Not great. It comes either really greasy or underdone. I never had a yeah, this is a good dominos pizza. (If you want that, go 4 minutes down the road to the other dominos that is owned by the same person, you would never believe the difference) Then when I called a couple times, I just got hung up on. 👍

Delivery - Always assume its going to take an hour and then some. No matter what. If they quote you earlier. Well they might say “we just got busy.” It amazes me how orders past yours affects the orders that should be already done and taken care of. Also if your looking at the out for delivery online, well it’s been over 30 minutes. Like others, you know what happens...

The dominoes Close to us on Army Post Road was closed so I called the other Dominos..I was not feeling good and had A headache really bad and did not feel like going to pick Food up. I called the dominoes on our Way, Post Road the one that was open. They told me that they could not deliver to me because I was not in the area even though they’re on Army Post Road just like you’re the one. She said I could order something and come pick it up, I told her I was not feeling good I just was needing a delivery. She told me the head manager was there and he would get very angry if she took a delivery that was not in their area even though they are on the same road as the other one that’s closed. She told me that there was nothing she could do because her Head Manager would get very angry!! I am not very happy with the customer service.. I really did not want to give...
