I went in for lunch yesterday and my visit was chaotic. When I walked in, I was asked if I was there for the catering pick-up (which was sitting on the floor!). The place was pretty busy and the staff seemed overwhelmed. I ordered my food and was seated. As I was waiting for my food, I watched the sloppy staff try to get all the orders delivered. They would be walking around with platters of food randomly asking people if it was their order. Other customers were getting upset and were tired of waiting over 20 minutes. I noticed people getting up and getting refunded their money and leaving. Even two police officers had to leave before they got their food because they had been waiting too long! All but one staff member was ignorant and sloppy. I was watching the kitchen crew use poor hygiene and no gloves when preparing salads and the kitchen and lobby was disgusting. My lunch group eventually got tired of the terrible environment and got our money refunded as well. We stood in line for quite a while and got to listen to the crew yell at each other about all the wasted food.

Read moreI had ordered delivery of two meals on June 6, 2024, and they came without the breadsticks. The DoorDash person seemed to not care. He did go back and tell the manager Liz I did not get my breadsticks which surprised me from his uncaring attitude. Moments later I received a text from the Manager Liz asking me if she could bring me the breadsticks that were missing I advised her no, and mistakes happen. Liz wanted to fix the mistake and replace the whole order. I told her she could and I would come back and get the meals another day. Today June 30, 2024, I went to the restaurant and spoke with a male manager. He said my name was not left on a list, so I showed him the texts between Liz and me and immediately took down what the order was and had it prepared. Great service by Liz and the male manager today for rectifying the meal situation. The only unfavorable comment I can give is if there is ever a mistake and you have spoken with anyone via text, do not delete them, use them as receipts to make sure you get the meal correction you deserve., food is too expensive to not get what you paid for. Read moreI come to this location often and I am triggered by what I saw at the drive through. Since there is a pandemic going on, you should wear a mask at work since every workplace it is a requirement when you’re working to wear a mask. Anyways, I went through the drive through earlier today and there was a man waiting on me that had his mask on but wasn’t wearing it completely in his face. Instead he had his mask under his chin and I could see his whole face. Everyone else that I could see was wearing a mask in that drive though window except him. I tried to call the store and nobody answered the phone. I am not intentionally trying to be a Karen but for everyone else’s safety it is a very good idea to wear a mask because it’s not that hard to do.
