Hardee’s — Restaurant in Des Moines

So first time going to this one I understand the misunderstanding 9f a few things and the order and seemed a new person working headset...it was about 6 pm...so pulled out of drive and looking thru bag and noticed didn't have all sandwiches so tried to figure out which ones and noticed fries n curly cry cold so decided to take in also...went inside explained to worker from window missing sandwiches and not sure if a manager or who short dark haired guy was he demanded that he made n put all sandwiches in bag n he seemed he didn't believe and had them made n I also explained about the fries and curly fries the short darker hair guy says smartly that they wouldn't be cold if u would of just sat out there qnd my stuff wouldn't be cold if I had all my stuff qnd got given cold stuff and not got all food ...I straight out said are u arguing with a customer....all out point is a customer is right and I've been an assistant manager at a burger king qnd a manager else where n I told him it would all be on him not the other workers....I will not be returning to this Hardee's due to that situation and to when I went to the bathroom situation...bathrooms stink really bad and nasty...

I came through drive through and order #11 and when I got up the street to work my fries were cold and my sandwich was too. So I called the store and a gentlemen’s answered and took my name down! Today on 12/1/18 I came inside the restaurant and I order #5 ! I ask the lady taking order if she could check my Name for the #11 that they messed up and she was very polite! She went back to the manager (JIMMY) to get help and he comes out with the book talking about he went back to June and couldn’t find it! I said are you sure explained true whole situation and said it was last month when it occurred! And I asked him to look again he told me no that I could speak to the GM because looked through the book and my name wasn’t in the book and he wasn’t looking again! So the GM CAME OUT WITH THE BOOK AND I EXPLAINED TO HER AND AHE FLIPPED THROUGH ONE PAGE AND MY NAME WAS RIGHT THERE WRITTEN BIG ENOUGH NOT TO MISS AND IT SAID HOT HAM AND CHEESE MEAL! I feel like he judge me off back and...

I am not even going to mention the 40 minute wait with just 2 cars ahead of me in the line, nope not going to mention it because I know how hard it is to find help anymore. But when I got my order and not one thing was right......and there were at least 4 employees that I could see wandering around, Im going to say something about that. I ordered a Big Ham and Cheese combo with a diet coke. After 40 minutes and the other 2 cars ahead of me were finally served, I am handed a bag with 2 loose chicken strips loose in the bag and an upside down order of x small fries. I handed it back and tell them its not what I ordered. A lady tried arguing with me saying it was. Big Ham and Cheese sounds Nothing like 2 chicken strips but whatever. They did give me the ham and cheese finally, but re used the fries. And the soda, I didnt think to check it there. Not really sure what it was, but it certainly wasnt a diet coke! Im wondering if this Hardees has been taken over...
