I have visited this location about once every 6 months hoping to get a better result each time I visit but finding nothing ever changes at this location and even though the staff is never the same their service attitudes and food is the same ...and that is of extremely low poor quality. There's nothing like going through a drive through where the clerk helping you is loud screams at you when they talk because their tone of voice is very aggressive and non friendly which is totally opposite of what wendys has advertised itsself to be over the years. The employees treat the customer as if they are an inconvenience to them, having inappropriate conversations amongst themselves in a professional environment where the customer can overhear everything. They basically rush you through with no smile or kindness in their tone of service and the food is completely disgusting and inedible. I would not be surprised if multiple customers are getting sick and food poisoned from their food safety and preparation practices. Nothing at wendys is made fresh at all. It is all cold soggy over cooked grissly and nothing even remotely close to what is advertised for their food to look like or taste like. Wendys as a whole uses false advertising to draw customers in with Inticing adds depicting mouth watering delicious looking food only for the customer to be severely missed and underwhelmed by the quality of food they actually receive. This is why I rarely ever eat there anymore. I used to love their food but their corporate administration has ruined this chain. Don't eat here you will regret it. They aren't the resturant you remember growing up with as a kid. I've been waiting a long time for them to change and get back to a company of integrity that puts out good food but after tonight I've given up on that ever happening. Read moreThis isn't the first time this particular Wendy's has upset me, but it will be the last since I won't be returning.
Let me set this up for you. As I'm pulling up to the building I can see two cars waiting at the drive thru window and two cars at the menu/intercom. As I pull in behind the second car at the intercom I can see ahead that there is now one car at the window. This means the other two cars I saw previously at the window have gone through and are gone. It's now my turn at the intercom and I get silence. I wait for about 5 minutes, because hey, they might be busy. I say "Hello" and get no response. I wait a minute more and think, "perhaps the intercom isn't working?" so I pull up to the window. The window attendant opens the window and asks what order I have, and I explain that I haven't ordered yet because I got no response when I was at the intercom. A man wearing a headset behind her says "we are busy, you should have waited at the intercom" so I explained that no one answered me at the intercom, I thought it was broken, and that man huffs and walks off. No one took my order, so I ended up leaving after waiting at the window for another three minutes.
Now I don't doubt that perhaps they were busy in the dining area, but a simple "one moment please" or "I'll be right with you" would have gone a long way. You can't ignore customers and expect them to come back. So I won't be...
Read moreHad the wrost service ever tonight. Place was a mess and no one ever came out to sweep or wipe down tables. Women who took our order never gave us our recepit or cups(which others complained about too). Took forever to get our food which was just a salad,2 bacon burgers and 2 frostys. Kept getting excuses and even one of the employes blamed his coworker(the women at the register) for not taking the order right which is bad customer service and shows how disorganised they are and how much they have faith in there store. I was not the only one who recieved bad service tonight. Several people never got there cups,receipts,or food in time. One women had to speak to a manager just to get her food whivh is ridiculous considering how long she spent waiting. As someone who worked in the fast food bussiness before and with my manager expiernce is the pass i would say all those teenagers working tonight not doing their jobs and blamming others need more training or to be replaced with workers who actually want to be there. Service was so bad it ruined my night as a pregnant mom all i wanted was some food not to stand and wait for my food nearly 25 minutes!
