Imo's Pizza — Restaurant in Des Peres

So I love Imo’s. It is by far my favorite pizza joint. But this one in Des Peres just cannot get my order right. I’m on the 4th straight order that has been messed up. I understand that not every chef can be the best but I’ve had a burnt pizza that they wanted me to return (the edges of the crust were black and the sauce was dry).I’ve had them forget the toppings on my pizza so they wanted me to return it. They didn’t give me my salad or soda. I really wanted to chalk it up to a one time mistake but this seems to be consistent. Horrible worst Imos in Missouri, ( Dont waste your time or money here) I pre-order my pizza/food an hr. Before they opened online, I didn't get my food 3 hrs later, I called because I was worried that my order didnt go through, person on the phone said YES.... an hung up on me very RUDE. I Called back same person answered told him wait and don't hung up, let me give you my information. He told me my food will be here in 10mins. 2 more hrs passed. I got my food freezing cold......hard cold pizza. I was only 3 miles away 7mins. At a job. Don't waste time or money here horrible customer service and food.

Food was cooked well on the other hand the delivery guy was rude wen I placed my order I didn’t want to tip off my card I will tip in cash .Driver gets here with food ask me while handing me my food do I want to tip on my card I was already reaching in my pocket to give him the money he rudely says I won’t deliver your food any more ever time he delivers at my job he never gets a tip well it’s not me I believe in tipping but sense u was being a smart azz I...
