I had a very upsetting experience at this Starbucks. When I walked in, the woman at the front refused to serve me, and it was clear that it was because I am Black. No customer should ever be treated this way. Everyone deserves to be respected and treated fairly, regardless of their race. I hope Starbucks addresses this issue immediately, because no one should have to experience discrimination when simply trying to get a cup of coffee. She turned her back on me after the customer before me and blankly ignored me for about 7 minutes she spoke to everyone around me but not me. I didn’t even want to order my coffee anymore. I was leary because I knew there was minimal space, but this is inside a super big Dierbergs and there is a mezzanine with plenty of tables and booths and free wifi.
