So I order a pizza on December 14th at 10:48 pm online and it asks me if i want to tip the driver which of course i do but then i call to see why they werenāt on their way. They tell me they only do curbside, and that i tipped the person who was bringing my pizza out. I say I understand and Iād like to cancel my order and she says thatās fine and hangs up. I wait a couple days (about 3) expecting the money to be refunded to my card but nothing so i decide to call and see what the hold up is. A female voice answers (it sounded like the one that said sheād cancel my order) and she places me on a hold and gets āChristopherā her manager. After telling me āhe got meā he places me on a hold again, then comes back and says āwell can you come get the cash in like 10 minutes? But she- the employee- only has $22 on her card.ā Iām confused expecting to get the refund from Pizza Hut like normal and say that i paid $26.38 but me being too tired to care say thatās fine Iāll go get the money in about an hour. When Iām finally able to get there i ask him for the refund and as heās getting it out i jokingly asked if i could get anything for free for the inconvenience⦠he says no and is about to hand me the $22 but i say āwell i paid xā and he says āthatās fine but no change (my .38 cents) i say thats fine and take my money and leave. I definitely feel like this location needs some better supervision and management especially after reading the other reviews. Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt was the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered on line at 5:05. I left my house at 5:30. When I got there the cashier said my ordered wasn't ready She didn't even check. So after 15/20 mins I asked for them to check. There my pizza was cold and hard. I asked them to remake the pizza. The manager looked at me and said we are backed up it's going to be 20 mins. I told them I didn't have another 20 mins. No one said anything they just kept doing what they were doing. So I went outside and sat in my car for a few mins. I went back in and said I understand y'all are having a hard time today can I get a refund. The manager: we dnt give cash refunds. Me: I paid with my card. Manager: repeats himself and your pizza will be out in a min. I said ok. I have never in my life experience customer service as bad as this. No empathy for the long wait or the mistake they made on my pizza. I'm calling corporate first thing Monday morning. There is no excuse for being rude to customers. O and I ordered the Hershey cookie. It was hard as a brick. I didn't even know it could get hard. So disappointing. And I order from this store all the time. Very often. Ā Ā Ā Read moreOnline order placed at 5:47 pm estimated delivery time 51-61mins. Received a text at 6:24pm saying delivery on its way. An hour later still no delivery. I called the store for 30 mins never got an answer, automated system then continuous ring and disconnect. Finally went to the store around 8pm. So at this point I'm extremely frustrated because I have a post op boot on my foot thus the reason for delivery.. The cashier said I should have been Received my food. I informed her I haven't, I no longer want it & just refund my money. She stated she can't do a refund until the driver returns cashes out and the store closes at 11pm. So I asked can I get a receipt, confirmation or something so I don't have to come back up here and pointed out the boot on my foot. She said she couldn't give me anything but I will have a refund in 3 to 5 business days. I've had a bad experience with this location before last year but decided to give them another chance. LESSON LEARNED! NEVER AGAIN! After stopping to get something else to eat I returned home around 9pm and still no delivery. They really don't deserve the 1 star rating for...
