Buyer beware I ordered a dress and a pair of bell bottom jeans from this company, on 4/21/19. After several phone calls and emails, I finally received the dress a month after ordering, but not the jeans. The owner said she ordered the wrong color jeans and had to order the right color, but my jeans were on the way. Several weeks later, still hadn't received the jeans. I emailed the owner again to inform her I had not received the jeans but received no response. After several weeks, I sent another email, on 6/12/19, stating I wanted a refund ($69.99 + shipping cost) for the jeans I never received. I was informed by the owner that she could not issue a refund ( owner claimed she was unable to access her PayPal account) and to seek a refund from PayPal myself, which was how I paid. I filed for a refund with PayPal and was told that the owner verify that the order was delivered. This isn’t true , I only received part of my order. I’m going to contact PayPal again to dispute this claim. I will never order from this company again. They are unprofessional when it comes to fulfilling online orders and...

Placed an order on February 5th and never got a tracking number saying it was shipped. I waited well over the 7-10 business day to reach out regarding my order. I completely understand if the item is on back order, or something, but COMMUNICATE that to the customer. I would have been OK with that, as I always look to support black owned businesses first. Plus we are in the same state.

I sent an e-mail on the 25th of February: "Hello, I placed an order on Febuary 5th and have yet to get a tracking or any updated information on my purchase. So I was just checking in to possibly get information on my purchase from Feb 5th. Thank you in advance."

On the 28th I got a response, not even an apology for delay.

"Hello Dear, We are a little delay in shipping but your order should go out tomorrow. Quiana McDaniel "

I reached out today after still not having a tracking number and asked for a refund 😔 I was really hoping to have found another black owned business to support. I want to give it another shot. Hopefully I can come back and give a great review.

I am wholeheartedly a supporter of House of Dasha. The store was recommended to me by a friend who lives locally in Dallas. Upon her recommendation, I checked out the website. (I live in NY and could not go to the location.) I saw so many items I wanted. I finally chose a beautiful jacket, and I placed my order. Due to an issue with the post office my delivery was delayed. I expressed my concerns via email to the owner of House of Dasha. Within hours I had a response. The owner made sure that I was informed every step of the way, despite the fact that she had done her part by bringing it to the post office. Her job was done. But she went to the post office, followed up, and found out the cause of the delay. My jacket arrived later than expected, but the service was impeccable which is important to me. The jacket is stunning. I will be ordering regularly from this gem of a store. It has unique pieces coupled with superb service.
