Went to this McDonalds around 10:30 this evening. The hours on the app and on the official McDonalds website say they close at 11 PM. We were sure that 30 minutes was more than enough time to be able to get a couple fountain drinks and a couple burgers. Went through the drive thru only to be met by a exceptionally rude employee with the mic set on. He informs us that they are closed. We asked why as the time was not even close to 11, the closing time. He responded with the worse attitude I have ever gotten from any customer service worker. I reminded him that the hours say 11 pm as the closing time on both their app, their sign on their own door and also the official website. I asked why they were closing so early, and the response I get is “because we feel like it and we want to”. He then proceeded to walk away without even apologizing. Corporate was contacted as this is unacceptable behavior for someone is the customer service field and also because of them closing very early. It wouldn’t have been upsetting except for the fact he talked to us like we were stupid for trying to get food even though the sign said they were still open. Immature behavior. A lot of the positive reviews are from employees, they think we are stupid. I will be informing everyone I know and my following of the amount of disrespect this entire establishment...
Read moreWe ordered on a kiosk and asked for extra ranch, as we use it on fries and burgers as well as the nuggets. When the food came out, there were four things of ranch on the tray - two that come with the nuggets and two extra, which is not enough for what we use it for. When I went up to ask for additional ranch since we use it, a young man handed me two extra. I asked if we could have a bit more since we asked for 12 on the receipt. He paused, and another woman, I assume is a manager of some kind, stepped in and said she told them to only give us four as we had two things of nuggets. If we wanted any more we would have to buy them. I responded that they were on our receipt, but she just said the kiosk didn't charge and she would charge us for more. There was no acknowledgment that this is something I might not have known (never happened before at other locations) or apologies for confusion. I feel she was very brusque when I was not rude or causing a scene, and it made me very uncomfortable to continue to eat in the restaurant. My party and I were just passing through, so we won't be back regardless, but the service has really left a poor taste in my mouth that made the well-made...
Read moreVicki, 72 years old, was more than happy with helping us with our order, WITH smile on her face! She had asked who we believe to be manager how to add cup of pickles to order & manager was VERY rude and unprofessional to Vicki with her response. Storming around, eyerolling. Maybe one could understand if it was busy but we were the only ones in McDonald’s at this time. Vicki told her how she did it & apparently that was the correct way. Rude manager was Asking Vicki “if you knew how to do it, why are u asking me?” Fellow employees giggled at this behind Vicki’s back. They then mumbled stuff about Vicki while eye rolling & laughing. I let Vicki know she was doing a great job! We could also hear employees standing in hateful circle swearing about whatever their drama filled lives consist of. Very sad to see bullying going on in this public work environment. Vicki still stood with a smile on her face & said “thank you! I love my job!” We love Vicki & hope she is getting treated...
