The "buy tickets here now" machine near the front next to where you pay, means you only pick out seats then take the ticket to the front to pay regardless. LoL🤦♀️🤷♀️
They need better seats that don't squeek every movement lol OR, hear me out! .... upgrade to bigger, & newer seating arrangements?
And their younger staff aren't very friendly when buying anything... they need a refresher course on how to be more inviting. That way customers aren't questioning if they did something wrong or not, don't feel awkward, or you guys avoid someone slapping an employee for being RBF... 🤣 JOKING!!! JOKING!!!
BUT giving it a 3 star because it's the only movie theater in the area. And shows movies. 🤷♀️👀 I usually wait a few days to rent it or buy at home on Amazon since movies are more spendy! + I will go to movie if I am to anxious to wait for it on prime 😂🤣 hahaaa. But I'd go more often if it was more comfortable just to be there in general.
Anyways YOU NEED SOME FACELIFTS! That's all.
PS: I edited my review because they commented under this stating they've recently been renovated, which means squeeky and horrible seats is what you get... and that you don't need to bring the ticket you get from their "Kiosk" to the front... but it states that on screen to and that's where they GIVE you the "actual" tickets. LoL what!!?? Try...
Read moreGreat little theatre for a small town. Newly renovated. Great staff. Clean and modern. Only reason I didn't give it five stars is the new seating. It may be a strange gripe, but the seat backs are a pain in the back! When you go to a movie, one wants to be able to comfortably recline somewhat. While I realize the seats aren't "recliners" the springs are to right to allow one to "sit back" easily. I'm a Big Man with allot of upper body weight... And even with that if I want to sit back I have to put my feet up on the back of the arm rests if the seat in front of me to push back so I can somewhat comfortably lean back. My wife cannot recline at all, not enough upper body weight our strength. Reclining shouldn't be like an ab and lower...
Read moreWe are visiting DL for the summer and like to go to the movies. We’ve visited this theater twice, and unfortunately had 2 very poor experiences. The employees we interacted with were surly and really seemed to not want to be there.no smiles or enthusiasm. Even though we picked our seats on the kiosk, one of them was broken and we ended up moving. We do not like Pepsi products, so we brought small bottles of water in and were told ‘I don’t think you can bring that in’. Water? Seriously. Too bad, because I was planning on purchasing candy and popcorn for the show. Not any longer. We did enjoy the movie, but the experience left a lot to be desired. We’ll make the drive to Fargo the next time we want...
