The food is always great, the server was very nice, but usually when I go to Subway I politely asked if I can have the footlong wrapped in three sections because I might not eat it all at once. I know that's an extra thing to ask. It's usually because I will be on the road and eating at different times within a few hours.
I have to say the attendant was very nice but when I requested if she could cut my footlong in three sections and please wrap it in three separate wrappers, she said THE MANAGER does not allow them to do that and requires them to charge for separate sandwiches if that's the case.
Just my opinion, but I think that that is splitting hairs and an attempt to rip off the customer. Again, the young lady working there was very polite about it, but if that's the actual manager's policy, it is different than the rest of the subways I have gone to. It does make me extremely reluctant to go to this particular Subway in Detroit...

So I had no idea they didn’t take the mail in coupon (not biggy) but the second I walked in and had them in hand I get yelled at because they didn’t take them. Again not a big deal, but then afterwards the lady working glared at me (she was also making other people’s sandwiches) and just spoke to me as if I was wasting HER time. “Are you gonna order or what?” I ordered and then she starts smashing all of the sandwiches into one bag. I ordered 3. I get wanting to have them all fit in one as it’s convenient for the customer, but don’t sit there smashing them in there until they all fit. I will forever be boycotting subway as of today. Just sad how far downhill the franchise has become...

Every time it is placed any time after 4pm it says it’s ready on the app and I get in there and every single time, they are just starting it when the app says it is ready. I went a couple days ago and the same thing happened and when I was in there the worker didn’t even know when to toast it or anything and I have seen them working there multiple times before, they said “do I toast it after the vegetables”.I just got another online order and once again the app says it is ready and I go in there and they are just starting it, then when I get my order theres things wrong with it.
