First I want to say I love my Black Owned business however I was pretty upset with the service on my first visit. I first called to place my order and the phone lines were fast busy then the phones just rang. So I decided to go up there. When I arrived it was about 12:15 pm the doors were not open. Then I was finally let in. I placed my order finally at 12:38 pm. I did not receive my food until 1:35 pm. Once I received my order my green beans were in a container that looked like they came straight out of the can. They looked nothing like the presentation photos no seasoning no nothing. The mac and cheese did look promising. The lamb chops were great!! Overall I will still state this was not what I expected but constructive criticism...

There should be no way a customer can call in an order, be told 30 minutes to preparation, arrive 45 minutes later and the food not be done. Thatās not the issue. The issue was me sitting in the small space for a whole extra 45 minutes and finding out at the end they never even had my order taken after being told āyes itās in just a little while longerā Instead of acknowledging the mistake, you all just pretended to look for the receipt/order. The chef on his smoke break was the only staff member to offer a solution. Thatās far from his job but crazy how he knew to do at least that. I will not...
