Ordered a #11, two pieces of Catfish with 4 wings and added a small okra on the side. Got my order, checked the tray and it was missing the 4 pieces of chicken. Blew my horn several times and waved my arms several times trying to get the gentleman's attention but nothing so my gf got out and went in, told the gentleman that the chicken was missing at which point he comes to the window talking about he's the manager and he checked the order the chicken was in there, so I hand it back to him to show him that theres no chicken and he walks away so I get out and go in and he's telling another customer that we must've took it out and he wasnt doing nothing to fix it because we had went through the bag! So I tell him bro nobody about to try to gaffle you over 4 pieces of chicken, I showed him that I had the money to buy more but why should I when I had already paid for chicken that I didnt get. He start talking crazy saying he wasnt replacing the chicken and he wasnt giving no refunds! At that point I go off and tell him he could have all the food and just give me a refund because he tripping over some dumb stuff, I mean seriously!!? Finally two of the other workers said they would just replace the chicken which is what the managers response shouldve been, instead of accusing me of taking it, I mean what I do put it in my pocket?? Read moreHungry/angry rant. Don't go to this location! You have been warned. Every single time I come up here, either the food is trash or my order is wrong. Every. Single. Time! I quit going for years but decided to try it again. Nothing has changed. I walk in, placed my order, waited in the lobby....30 mins later, I get NOTHING I asked for. Very simple combo...not like I'm trying to cater a party. How you mess up a simple combo??? The lobby is virtually empty and the drive thru had 2 people in it. CMON NOW!!!! Talking about the guy didn't read the receipt right....sir, that's LITERALLY what you get paid to do. Read the d@mn order slip and make what you see. They tried to fix it and forgot I asked for no Lemon Pepper. I look and it's COVERED in seasoning. REFUND. I have to be to work soon. I'm not even about to play with yall. Read moreMy mom went in to order me a 5 piece wing meal and I asked her to ask if they could substitute fries for macaroni. She said she just ordered the meal as is and ordered a side of macaroni. She got the bag with our food in it (she had ordered some chicken as well) and checked the bag and saw the macaroni was missing. She told the guy at the window in the drive thru and he tells her that the macaroni is in there. She tells him that it's not and he says "I packed it myself, it's in there". He keeps arguing with her about it and then tells her that was the last one (the one we never got), so she asks for her money back and she is told they can't open the register. They continue to argue with her about giving her her money back so she tells them "Well I'll just sit right here then and hold your line up until you give me my money back. One of the workers finally tells her "Well I'll just have to go in my own pocket and get the money". They also are telling someone "She probably dropped the macaroni in the car". Worst customer service EVER. We will NEVER be going back to this Captain Jays and I will definitely think twice about going to Captain Jays period if this is how they are allowed to treat...
