Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Detroit

Upon arrival at the store I observed an older woman and gentleman arguing outside the front door. This lasted our whole time there which was about 10 minutes. We waited a few minutes to place our order even though it was only 1 person in front of us. The person's soft drink was accidentally spilled on the floor when the cashier/manager was passing it to him. The cashier/manager never offered another one or apologized or offered to replace it nor did anyone come out to clean it up. While waiting for my food there was clearly a gentleman man sitting at a booth rolling blunts in the open with various bags of weed sitting on the table. He offered me a special price if I bought him 2 biscuits. I got him 2 biscuits but didn't make a transaction. In the meantime the 2 people outside were still arguing and causing a scene. The gentleman in the booth was still offering his product to anyone that entered the lobby. We finally received our order. When we got home we noticed that we did not receive the 3 extra peppers that we ordered and the chicken was old and cold. I tried calling the store for 3 hours and the phone went unanswered. I was highly disappointed since I don't go out to eat much because I am already in the industry plus I mostly prefer home cooked meals. Sad to say but this location is not someplace that I will frequent for the rest of my life. Upper management and owners please check up on your business if you care. Pulled up in the driveway no one said anything they had the whole machine broke down in the front where the menus are so you couldn't see the menu pull up to the window two girls laughing talking to each other I had to knock on the window to ask for service after she came over she was rude and nasty I asked her for the dark Chicken special and four wings she asked me what size do I want I told her I only want the chicken she yelled and said we can't sell you only chicken so I gave her a side and then I ask for for extra pieces of chicken which was wings with no side once again she said we can't sell you just chicken what side and I told her I didn't want any sides for the wings she said what sides would you like I told her just give me okra that's fine then she replied $31.79 then I said take off the chicken wings because I really don't want sides and I only want to pay for chicken she said okay I'll take the chicken wings off or I can just give you chicken just give me $31.79 I said it's the same amount taking sides off she yelled and said just come in and talk to me so I was the better person and drove away...

This is the worst Church's Chicken in Michigan. I waited at the Drive-thru for 7 minutes. I called out "Hello" and no one answered. I then drove around to the front to notice a worker with a headset on. She basically IGNORED my calls from the Drive-up speaker. My wife then went inside and ordered a 3 piece Chicken Tenders combo. This order took 13 minutes to get out. As a former Fast-Food employee, I know that chicken strips cook within a time of 6-8 minutes and Fries cook for 3 minutes maximum when dropped frozen. This particular restaurant treats customers as if they are not important and as if they will be in business despite the way that they treat customers that come in. As for me and my house, WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PARTICULAR RESTAURANT! I wish them the best of luck in every endeavor, but I believe that the owners need to let go of this restaurant because they DO NOT CARE about their customers' experience when they decide to patronize this particular establishment.
