Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Detroit

So, me and my mother get to this church's chicken. The line was long and was taking long to move. When we finally got to the speaker to take our order, the guy there didn't listen. We ordered the 10-piece for $11.99. he cuts me off after I said we have a coupon (If you look on the back of your receipt you take a survey and they give you a specific number to redeem the coupon). His English is bad so I had to constantly keep repeating myself. He cuts me off again and says "come to the window" and replied I'm not done ordering". We get to the window and I show him the coupon. He then says, "what is this" and I replied "read it". He gives me the coupon and I read it to him. He didn't understand. I said it's for any churches that we go to. He said not here. He obviously doesn't know what he's doing. At this point I'm getting frustrated by his incompetence. I then complete my order at the window. He constantly cuts you off before you finish your sentence and is rude. I'm not going back here. I don't know who hired him but he has no manners. This was Friday January 14th 2022. The name on the receipt is Sadikur R. Oh, I forgot to add... I ordered 12 honey biscuits and most of the biscuits had no honey on it and if it did it was like a little smudge at the edge. This was my first time ever to a Church’s chicken and it will certainly be the last. I asked for the $5 deal and then she tells me there is not enough macaroni to serve with those sides. I told her I would wait for it to be cooked, then she said it will be 9 minutes. I again agreed to wait and she told me that she can’t make it. Mind you they close in two hours. She said it was frozen and she couldn’t do it. I get home which is 5 minutes away and the food is cold and disgusting like it’s been sitting out for hours. She was very courteous and nice but it sounds like the management is not working properly in that place. I have worked in fast food before but whoever is training these workers needs to either be fired or trained themselves. It isn’t that hard to train your workers how to properly do their job. I didn’t expect this to be a five star restaurant either. Overall the pricing was good but I will never go back to that location or a Church’s Chicken ever again if that is the standard of food...

This place is terrible. Everything about it is terrible, from the food to the customer service. Came in and stood there for about a good 10 minutes untill someone came to serve me even though I was the only one in there. A guy came in after me and one of the owners told him to leave very rudely without taking his order because he stunk. Which honestly, the guy didn't even smell that bad. He completely over reacted and it was completely disrespectful and uncalled for. He then proceeded to come out with an air freshener and even sprayed the kitchen area where the chicken laid out in the open. The chicken was dry and old, not good at all. It had obviously been laying out for awhile. Also, the same guy who handled the money went and handled the food with no gloves or anything. This place needs to close down. They're unprofessional and clearly doesn't care about...
