I had Jana cater an Oktoberfest party for 250 people. I had no prior referral but took a chance! From start to finish she was outstanding to work with. Her communication was good, she was detailed orientated and accommodating. The food was excellent! It was fresh, delicious and quality. She also helped guide me picking out the best menu selection for the event. The day of service ran smoothly. She was on time and organized, her team was professional and pleasant. I would say I’m rather difficult person to work with and Jana was a gem and I have no complaints. I wouldn’t think twice about hiring her team again! Well...

Jana and Sean are wonderful people and all of their food is delicious! The kraut and potato salad have so much depth of flavor. Loved the schnitzel. Their pretzels are the best. 🤤 The brewery has a nice vibe, and the service was great even with how busy it was for their Oktoberfest event; the Deutschtroit staff was on point! I can't wait to come back and try more...

Echt echt gut! I just had the pleasure of a real bratwurst with real sauerkraut and the best Kartoffelsalat I have had since leaving Germany (and honestly, even when I lived there) from the deutschtroit food truck.
