I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! I ordered a BBQ bacon chicken sandwich combo and when I bit into the chicken I instantly knew it was undercooked. I then took the sandwich up to the counter and asked for a manager at which time no one could find the manager (ROSE). After about 5 or 6 minutes she came up to the counter and asked me what was wrong, I explained to her that my chicken sandwich was undercooked. She initially began explaining to me that she was cleaning the fryer and the employee cooked the chicken in A different fryer and I explained to her that's no problem but I would like a refund. After that she then got an instant attitude and began saying "all of our chicken is cooked on the timer so there's no way it could be undercooked" I explained to her I only took one bite out of the sandwich and I recognized that it was undercooked and shiwed it to her. I then brought the sandwich right up to the counter and I actually showed it to her. She then continued with the BAD ATTITUDE saying "well where is the drink at"? She stated "you're asking for a refund I need to drink too" I did explain to her that the drink is on the table I went over got the drink from the table and brought it back to her. I was the one that bit into and undercooked chicken breast but she was mad at me for whatever reason and I did not raise my voice or anything at her I just politely asked her for a refund. After she refund me the money I asked her for a print out of the original receipt because the cashier never gave a receipt when I ordered she told me "since you're getting a refund you can't get a receipt" I then told her that she can make a reprint of the receipt and I know this for a fact. So this is the unprofessional manager ROSE that they chose to run this restaurant in a dirty burgundy shirt did not look like a McDonald's uniform at all and a bad attitude. I should also mention that the lobby of this restaurant was atrocious and in dire need...
Read moreI haven't like McDonald's in years but my granddaughter wanted some so I pulled in. I tried to place my order. The person on the other end of the intercom needed a hearing aid or they need to have service on their intercom. It took about 5 to 7 minutes to muddle through what I wanted. Then I had to merge in with the next the folks in Lane one and hoped they had my order correct. I pulled up to the next window to pay for my order and I actually had the correct change. I had my arm hanging out the car window to give the girl the change part of my bill but she ignored my arm. Finally she looks at me and said you owe 15 more cents, I looked at her and said, so are you ready to receive the change now? She did get my order semi correct. I ordered Sprite and she thought I should have Coke. We had to get that straightened out which took an additional three to four minutes. I pulled up to the next window to pick up my order and I got the hamburger and fries and the Sprite. I asked where my glass of water was and she looked at me and said you wanted water. If I didn't want any I wouldn't have asked for any. And my granddaughter enjoyed her combo. It took me 20 minutes to get to the window to pay for it. And only two cars were in front of me!! I will not visit that location again and I just don't think I want anything from McDonald's ever. I think my grandbaby better find another hamburger joint she...
Read moreI was there the other day and I had ordered some pies. The first time I had them it was old so I politely asked the guy manager to cook some fresh pies and I told him that I don’t mind waiting so a few minutes went by somehow the “fresh” pies was up so the female manager gave me the pies. I checked the pies and I noticed it was the same pies that I had before and it was warm as if they had put them in the microwave. I went back into the store and I kept calm because I used to work at McDonald’s for almost 4 years so I know the experience of working at fast food. Third time I went in and I noticed they was avoiding me on purpose because they see that I was getting frustrated about the pies and 10 minutes had went by, the female manager had came I told her that they had gave me the same pies and they wasn’t fresh so I had to repeat my request that I wanted fresh pies and I don’t mind waiting because I know the pies cook about 13-15minutes and they still gave me the same pies. It was very unprofessional and I understand if they had a bad day but if I’m paying for my food, I should be able to request how I want my order to be made in the first place especially when I’m being respectful towards...
