Very poor service rude cashiers and rude management... I placed my order the cashier did not repeat my order so when I received my order I checked it before pulling off I was missing a medium fries the young man at the window told his coworker that I was missing a order of fries the coworker then stated I only order 3 medium fries I said ok can I please order another medium fries I was told no I canāt make a order at that window and I would have to go back around the drive thru line was 6 cars long and the cashier even had the nerve to say the line isnāt that long...I asked to speak with a manager the manager asked the cashier why was I asking to speak with him he then stated oh well she has to go back around the crew weāre talking about the matter saying the old lady tripping she should have ordered when she placed her order I asked for the customer service number no one would give it to me not even the manager nor would they give me their names just poor service and rude I explained to the manager tht I didnāt have a problem with paying for the fries if I needed to Iām just trying to order some food for my children he said there isnāt a register at the window smh as if he could take the money to the register just total lack of customer service I would no suggest anyone to go to this location not to mention every time I visit this location the ice cream/shake machine is down I rather drive the distance just to get better...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis store is 2 minutes from my home. The customer services is HORRIBE. There is no sense of urgency and they do not care about servant leadership. You would think that serving your own community would be a priority, but it is not with these people.
The General Manager or District Manager need to do secret shops on the location at different day parts because the leaders that are left in charge do not take the responsibility that they have seriously.
I spent over $30 and was told that I could not change a cheeseburger kids meal to a 6 piece nugget kids meal. I was willing to pay the difference. Once I made a ruckus about the fact that the young lady (with the red shirt on that said she was the Manager) gave her approval) they gave my granddaughter a 4 piece chicken nugget meal instead of the 6 piece that I was paying for. I purchased in total 5 kids meal and a double fish sandwich and small fry.
When I got home and my 7 year old grand daughter told me she only had 4 nuggets, I called the store and asked to speak with a the manager, a young lady answered the phone and said "speaking, no I'm not, hold on, I'm playing let me get her."
So that's what's going on at this location....

They put it through as a large hot latte, but I didn't really care. I waited about five minutes at the window before they told me to pull up. I obliged, thinking it would just be another minute or two. I waited an additional 10 minutes before anyone came to talk to me to tell me that something was wrong with the latte machine. I asked if I could have a large iced coffee and a drink coupon or something to make up the difference, since I had already eaten breakfast and didn't want any food. She came back five minutes later with a hot coffee and told me she could enter me in a raffle for a free drink. I understand the no refunds policy when it's simply a problem of correcting the order, but when it is the restaurant's fault AND I had to wait 20 minutes before getting my (still incorrect) order? There should be an exception, at least to the cost of the drink. I ended up not taking anything because I was so frustrated and, at this point, quite late to work, that I just took my incorrect...
