I usually donât write reviews, especially for McDonaldâs because itâs a world wide franchise but this one is horrible. The line is always long and they take so long to make the food. After handing me my food the girl walked away and I kept honking because they my order missed something and at least 3 people walked right pass me and they looked at me and walked away. And they also lock the doors so you canât even go in to make the order right. Then theyâll park you for 30 minutes and again, you canât go in. The restaurant also close way earlier than it says on the door. Around 8 pm they say theyâre only taking DoorDash OR theyâll say theyâre closed. Why is a McDonaldâs closed at 8pm???? They do this everyday. I live down the street from them and in 9 am I tried to get a breakfast burger and they said that they donât server breakfast at this time. So I tried to order lunch food and they said I had to come back in an hour because they needed to âswitchâ workers and the food. I worked at McDonaldâs 1yr ago. I know that theyâre lying.    Read moreSome days I stop at this McDonald because itâs convenient and on my way to work. I always get large orange juice and a breakfast sandwich. Yesterday I ordered the same but when I got to work I stated drinking my juice and it was terrible, it tasted as if they filled the glass with water and added orange food coloring. I called to let them know about it and I spoke with Chris the manager at 7:21 am. I told him regarding my juice and he told me next time I stop by there you let them know and it would be replaced. Today I went there drive trough and explained to the girl at the window what had happened I mentioned Chris as he told me to do and they looked at me as if I was a criminal, I told her that if I did not talk to him how would I know of the manager name? She eventually replaced my drink however she gave me a medium and not a large like i usually get, when I told her it was not the same size she responded by telling me that she called Chris and that he did not remember me calling or him talking to me.    Read moreI was very disappointed in the management at the establishment I go there at least 4 to 5 days out of the week and I get the iced caramel macchiato with light ice and extra expresso and so young lady in the morning she makes it with no problem this particular day the cars were wrapped coming out on the street waiting for the drive-thru so I went inside the manager's attitude was very Curt not very polite did not have on a hairnet she made the caramel macchiato with some kind of crazy way but it was like mostly milk it was really nasty I told her that that's not how it's supposed to be made she rolled her eyes it says well we can't make it any other kind of way that's the only way we can make it I so we'll just give me my money back she walked away and went to the back of the store the cashier was standing there waiting like what happened the cashier had to call someone else from the back that took about 3 minutes so that's holding the lineup it was unbelievable that manager needs to go back to training and learn how to deal with the public her attitude was very file and it's not good...
