I place one order at hamburger restaurants, which is a special order and requires that I wait for it to be prepared. The order taker at the drive thru tried to rush me through before I completed MY order. I had to correct her as she ASSUMED that I wanted a standard order. After giving me that verbal nice-nasty equivalent of the middle finger, I was able to proceed to payment window and on to pick up. As they were handing me a bag, I reiterated that my order takes time to cook, and ask if the items were prepared as specified. They weren't. I never touched the bag of food. I was told to pull up into the designated spaces. I say for awhile until a young man exited the building, approached my vehicle and asked if I'd ordered the contents. I told him no, and repeated my order. He then went to another vehicle, allowing the driver to paw over the items within, and returned to my car, telling me it was MY order. I told him that he'd said there were 2 Big Macs in the bag, and that WAS NOT my order. I told him that I wouldn't accept food that was examined by someone else as they could have hepatitis or some such ailment. The worker then said he would return with my food. I waited about 20 minutes before entering the restaurant and asking to speak to the manager. As I begin speaking to him, one of the workers audibly REMEMBERS, that my order had NOT been delivered to me. I was on a cane and dressed in pajamas...my fault for running out for a quick bite from the drive thru. The manager, apologized, offered to upsize me but I just wanted what I'd ordered. I was assured that my order would be prepared as specified. I stood in the restaurant until the food was delivered. I began to examine the food but someone had placed an extra pie or two in the bag and the sandwich was buried underneath that. I just thanked the young man and left. When I arrived at the location where I was staying and played the food, I noticed that my sandwich HAD NOT been completed as ordered. It was fresh but filled with condiments and items that I don't eat. I was so outdone, that I didn't bother to even go back, after having wasted all of that time waiting for my food TWICE. The manager had told me that if I ever have a problem at that location, to request to speak to him. I was not physically up to returning to that location on that day. Quality control does not seem to be a concern of the workers there....
Read moreMy large strawberry shake and two cheeseburgers were missing from my order. Not only that one fry was upside down spilled into the bag. Everything was cold also. I ordered through postmates. The driver asked them specifically for the drinks as there should have been three. They told her everything was in the one bag. Everything was not in the one bag. It pisses me off that they try squeezing everything into one bag which is why food is always missing. I mainly made the order for the shake. So I am very pissed. On top of that my missing items never gets refunded. None of these ppl give a damn or try to make it right! Then they would not answer the phone either. So I am missing about $11 worth of food and drink. This one order. If the restaurant and the app communicated with each other properly maybe things would be different. One says go to the other for refund then the other doesn't give a refund for anything. If you had a refund on a past order you won't get one again. They don't monitor and process order to order in terms of refund. So reporting and taking photos is just time consuming. This is frustrating. They ask you questions about what was wrong with the food but don't have an option to choose the food wasn't in my bag when explaining what was wrong on the restaurant website. Squeezing the order into one bag is the real reason why they leave things out a lot of the time. Which is why I cut back on ordering. It is just sad nobody cares about customer...

Tonight, Thursday, February 9, 2023, she placed an order, they were busy and we were waiting no big deal. I mean you hear length of time and think fresh food. Excitement right?! NOPE! We received the wrong order, again no big deal just let them know so they can correct the mistake. NOPE! Wrong again 😆 The manager, Porscha (excuse the spelling) started going off on the employees. The lady at the drive thru eventually got her keys and walked out. Give the person at the window the right order, the window checks to be sure, hands customer food yadda yadda yadda. For the entire time, we waited for the order that we then found out they just dropped at the end. While the manager was fussing and waiting, she pulled the trash bare handed and then went back to the food and started opening the sandwiches and bagging them. At this point, I was ready to lose it because how absolutely disgusted and unsanitary is that. I will never return to this location again, EVER. My teenager is disappointed, but she politely asked for a refund, and we told them why when asked if she was sure if she didn't want the fresh food they just dropped for.
