As of 3 Sundays ago, I'm putting you down for Urban Soul. They are consistent with taste, quality, and portions EVERY SINGLE TIME. I won't go to them for 1 month come to you and get PISSED and have to throw YOUR CRAP IN THE GARBAGE. I go to Urban Soul the same day they are ALWAYS ON POINT. Get Rid of all desserts and try something else. I was a regular customer of yours from the West Michigan area. I have a Condo I stay in Southfield Fri- Sun. I get food from Mr. Bs all weekend most times and a plate to go on Sunday after being at Church across the street. I've been doing so since 2022. I was told to give you another chance and we have. I go to ALL locations mainly Schafer. So many issues we ignored but we came back. WE DETEST gravy and collard green juice spilling out of the bag and getting on our good clothes or the seats or floor of the truck. Dressing is void of flavor most times, pork chops are good and tender some days with big bones in the middle or big chops, season well but tough. meatloaf is horrible most of the time. Fried fish and Fried chicken are always good and short ribs are excellent. You need to make changes and have all food in all 3 locations. Let me know when you improve cooking taste and consistency. I've been in Detroit from Little Rock Arkansas for nearly 1 month. Family has opened up their home to my family. We have been cooking home-country favorites every day since. I wanted to treat my host family to your place since they bragged about it. RED FLAG WAS NO DARN BAKED CHICKEN ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON AFTER CHURCH AND NO MEAT LOAF... You didn't cook any. People in line said to go to the other location so we did NO BAKED CHICKEN NO MEATLOAF. No pot roast, no, short ribs or oxtails You only had fried pork chops, fried chicken wings, and BBQ ribs. The smothered pork chops were 1 was tolerable the other was scorched with little gravy being smothered. The green beans were a horrible taste like out of the can. THE Dressing was dry as HE!! no flavor whatsoever!!!!! The zesty male cashier was very rude and sarcastic saying I only worked here a few months responding IDK to every question but sarcastically as if we were bothering him with all his giggling. talking to coworkers.
