Decent burger, nothing to write home about tho. Service sub-par 😬 So we went here on the evening of September 14, 2020 and the manager was simply unprofessional and rude to the staff as well as customers. Maybe it was a bad day. When we ordered our burgers we were asked if we wanted the works on them. We asked what the works meant and were told that it included pickles, lettuce, and tomato so we both say yes to the works. When I get my burger, the bacon is literally half a piece to one edge and I don't see anything else on it so I take it up to the girl at the counter who took our order and she was sweet and apologized and I said it was no prob so she took it back to the kitchen to tell the cook about my missing toppins. The manager, who is now working the register and assisting the only client in line, yells to her that she needs to be working instead of talking... which really bothered me since I was literally being assisted. The nice girl brings my burger back, I go sit down and lift my bun.. there is now another small piece of bacon but I don't see any toppings.. oy vey 🤦🏼‍♀️ so I go back up to the counter and waited as the girl was serving food to another table. The manager walks past me without engaging so I say excuse me, I wanted toppings on my burger but I didn't get any. She says "ok" And takes it to the kitchen. She comes back in a minute and she says, it has everything on it already. Confused, I lift the bun, and I'm like, "Where?" She says, "under the burger". I lift the burger again and flip it over to reveal one small tomato piece stuck to the bottom of the patty. I half laughed and said oh, I didn't see that piece, but I also wanted the pickles and lettuce. She informed me that it doesn't come on the burger... 🙄🤨🤬 whoooh. Jesus help me!🙏🏼 at which point I was done with interacting with horrible woman. Like...

Let it be known this is really my true sentiments on Billy Bobs, particularly their 5 piece chicken plate. This decadent cuisine has ruined my life and by ruin I mean, I crave it every.single.day! If I was kidnapped and I seen a cop at the window motioning me to escape bcuz my kidnappers were distracted but I later saw they had brought in chicken plates from Billy Bobs, I'd stay. This is the kinda obsession that lands people on My 600 lb life. It'll probably ruin my marriage. "Hey honey, I made you dinner." "Is it Billy Bobs??" "Well, .. no." "I think we should see other people."

I'd invest even more heavily in this magnificent culinary heaven if they had a frequent customer card. I'm also seriously considering this as the background for my Xmas cards. Someone call George Strait and make him write a song about this place.

Also, everyone is super nice there. Like, they're genuinely happy to see me stuff my face. I like that its a no judgement zone. Like, 'hey, its you again. You were just here 2 days ago but its ok. We like you for who you are. Here's your extra gravy cup." They get me.

So, I also have no qualms about it being so close to the gym. Its like having a gym close to a liquor store; alcohol feels goooooooodddd and chafing your thighs doesn't sooooooo.. 🤔🤔🤔 For the record, however I am not anti-fitness. I firmly believe in excercising and clearing out the fat in my arteries to make way for the next round. I mean, I'm not trying to die. 😁

So, in closing. This place is bomb. Legit. If aliens are about to invade our earth, I'm going to Billy Bobs. If my kid had a birthday party, I'm catering from Billy Bobs. At my funeral, bring me a chicken plate and make sure they give me extra...

My only Burger place! On 17 June I bought a Sante Fe burger combo and added bacon and onion rings in addition to the fries that come with the combo. I got no bacon and no fries when I got home. I paid extra for the onion rings. I also bought a warhouse burger combowith fries and added green chili and onion rings extra. When I got home no fries. I paid extra for the onion rings. I paid extra for the bacon and two orders of onion rings. The order was read back to me by the clerk and it was correct. Looking at the reviews this seems to be a problem. When the order was packed, there was no follow-up to ensure the order was correct. I estimate that I paid around $6.00 extra for items I did not get. I am not looking for a refund. I am looking for management to implement a system so orders are confirmed before they go out. Check the recipe with the actual order before the order is given to the customer. It is not the food.
