I have never felt compelled to write a negative review in my life. Mind you I’m not a Karen, just a 22 year old who has had to survive on minimum wage restaurant jobs just like most people. I just had the worst customer service over the phone that I have ever experienced. Literally so bad I just had to hang up and laugh. Do not waste your time or your hard earned money on these overpriced wings. Calling them mid would even be a compliment. Also this is the first “wing” joint I have ever heard of that you can’t get multiple flavors or seasonings in one order. That should’ve been my first red flag. I can name 10 restaurants in the area off the top of my head that serve better wings but was limited only to this place because of hours of operation. ALSO customers please beware if you call this place 3 hours before closing time the employee on the phone will scoff about taking an order “this late to closing” and how he “shouldn’t but guess he will” or straight up just deny the order… so tell your customers that carry out ends at 11pm instead of listing your closing hour as 2am? Dodged a bullet for sure, was going to buy for a big group and easily spend $250+. Spend your money on businesses that genuinely care...

I come here a lot I love their wings. However I ordered here and got 5 boneless Asian fusion. When I got my food and opened it, it was basically just sitting in watery liquid it didn’t even cover the wings. I’ve ordered that sauce many of times and never was served something like that it was as if they watered down their sauce. I walked back and respectfully asked for either a refund or for it to be remade and apologized because I hate to be that customer (I work in service). Who ever it was maybe the owner idk but he was incredibly rude. He tried telling me I got teriyaki sauce I didn’t and then tried telling me sauce melts off wings. After explaining I’ve come here multiple times and my food has never looked like this he laughed in my face and basically spoke to me like a child and said “well what do you want it remade”. Then proceeded to throw my box on the counter and say “fine I’ll just eat it for lunch idc”. It was just totally uncalled for! On vacation and tried this place based off the good reviews. We did not have a good experience. The wings were awful very little wings and the little amount of sauce that was there just wasn’t good. We got it to go and when we got back it was missing 2 items. I called and the lady on the phone told me an item I ordered isn’t anything they offer? I asked why they let us order it and that’s in on the website but she had no response and the other missing item she didn’t have much to say about. I can careless that things got left out I know things happen I just wanted to get the refund for the food we bought that we didn’t get.
