They look good but that's it their costumer service parts department it's just terrible after two years the bike just died with only 500 miles on it after endless emails and texts messages videos photos and calls turns out I had to buy a controller from their website for $150 after a month turns out wasn't even the right one I had to take it to a e-bike shop and have them make it work turns out that only fixed obe problem no more pedal assist function I contacted them back and their answer was just to buy another controller because the one the sent was used already they voided my warranty so now at $300 from two controllers turns out that same issue in the pedal assist function after five months and multiple representatives hundreds of emails they just went crickets on my no one is answering my calls emails txt even Facebook messenger.
