McDonald's — Restaurant in Diamond Bar

This is just a sad place. We have had (6 PCs)chicken nuggets missing in the happy meal. Waited 10 mins for our order in the drive thru when no one was in the drive thru ordering. Been told by the employees "It is going to take another 5 minutes do you just want your money back?" Bathroom is dirty I can imagine how the cooking area looks. My daughter was hurt on the play area. The slide. Was lifting in one spot and some skin was ripped off her back and is a good size scar there now. My sister-in-law took my daughter that day because she wanted to spend the day with my daughter. They didn't take a report not even a band aide was offer. They closed the playground and was opened the next day. I am 31 and I use to play in that same play area when I was 7 with my younger cousins. You can tell it hasn't been checked if not ever been. A report was made the next day and corporate sent a letter about how sorry they are for the service but they get a lot people here are coupons for free food. No my kid was hurt and I don't want anyone else to have their child hurt. This place is looking run down and for being in a nice city it is starting to look bad. We only live a block away no longer go there for a treat for my daughter. Orders always wrong or always running out. Forgetting food. Some workers are rude. No one is forcing you to stay there. I understand we all need a job to pay bills and eat. It isn't easy serving a lot of people. I should know I worked for Wolf Gang Puck (another one) 10 people serving 2,000 people salad, main dish and desserts in 15 mins. It is tough but! Focus listen to orders things wouldn't be so messed up. This place needs to be knocked down and rebuild fix it up make it cleaner. Better yet replace it with something else. Heck I would take another fast food like burger King then this...

The reason I use the drive-thru is so I don't have to go inside and I can just go home. Unfortunately it was after my wife worked a 12-hour shift and we didn't check the order before we got home. We got someone else's order and I ended up having to go back to get my wife's breakfast. I know it's hard to find good help, or any help, these days but this isn't the first time it's happened. This is an update: I won't go to this McDonald's again. My wife still goes because it's on her way home after work and she likes the food. She hates sausage though and always orders 2 egg McMuffins. She gets home and of course they gave her two sausage McMuffins. They charged her for the egg McMuffins, the screen showed that they were egg McMuffins, but they still can't get the simplest order correct. Three items, one hash brown and two egg McMuffins. I always go to Del Taco for breakfast when I drive her even if they aren't as conveniently located because she doesn't have to throw away half of her meal. We ordered 2 ice cream cones for 3.5 yrs old kid, but when it came out the ice cream wasn't put on the cone straight up ( I have the pictures) it was about to fall down immediately. So we asked to replace one to new one because i know my 3.5 yrs old son can not eat this. But after my request manager slam the cone into the trash can and gave us the another one. But new one looked totally different than normal ones. The ice cream was about to melt down. Meaning that it didnt have the sharp edges and it was actually starting to melt after we received it ( I also have the pictures for this one too). So we asked we will pay for new one so give us the one that look like NORMAL ice cream and asked her name since she had no name tag. But she wasn't telling me her name but she told me she is the manager. Tild by another employee named Sarah. And they were even telling us that they will call the police if we keep complain about the ice cream.
