Starbucks — Restaurant in Diamond

I used to come to this place quite a bit at night time, when I had to work overnights. I’ve been noticing a difference in service in the last month, when the person at the register takes my order they start on the drink immediately and assume what I wanted but there always forgetting something such as the cold foam, the drizzle, etc. At nights I notice baristas on there phone not even paying attention to me and i had to wait because there on there phone or cleaning, and making me wait because there cleaning dishes. Most of the baristas toward the afternoons have such a negative attitude towards the younger adults, the dirty looks and the no, “Have a good day”, this place used to be so appealing and appetizing...

Very busy night tonight! Only two people on at such a busy store made the wait a bit long, but I also think it would help if both of them worked together? I’m not sure if there were tasks given for closing crew to do, but our girl Hailey was doing register and drinks! That poor girl was stressing for sure, made me want to hop back there and help! Jealous that there’s always at least two people, as our store usually leaves us solo, but great work Hailey!!...
