When building our new home, my husband and I chose to use West Flooring and are incredibly happy with our decision. We’ve been in the house for about a month and absolutely love the flooring! We have a mix of carpet, ceramic tile, and hardwood and are very happy with all of it. The carpet is exactly what we were looking for in the sense that it’s very soft, yet holds up well so that it doesn’t require constant vacuuming to look nice. Friends and family have raved about the back splash and ceramic tile as it’s the perfect match for any décor! In addition to quality flooring, we were also very pleased with the outstanding customer service we received from Mark. Can't say enough good things about this place. The whole experience was great from beginning to end. We were referred to them by others who have used them. Kathy and Megan provided excellent customer service. Lio and his coworker did an amazing job with the install. We had just had the walls freshly painted and we requested they be careful. I could tell they were being extremely cautious, even carrying the large rolls of carpet up our narrow staircase...and to my surprise, not one scratch or chip on any of the paint. If I could give Kathy and West Flooring a 10, I would. I came in early in our build with a piece of quartz and an idea in my head. Kathy helped pull it out of my head and make our home beautiful. We shared ideas, she ordered samples and we kept changing up until it was perfect: flooring, tile showers and backsplash’s! It was great to work with a local company.
