Shooters Grill — Restaurant in Diamond

Took 4 of my grandchildren there on Wednesday. The kids and I enjoyed everything we ordered; brisket, pulled pork, cheeseburger, grilled cheese, baked beans and loaded fries. Everything was very good! So good, I decided to order a full slab of ribs to bring home. When I got home, my wife and I tried the ribs, they were the worst ribs we have ever had! Very overcooked, dry, so tough I had to get a serrated knife to saw through the meat to separate 2 bones. Had to wait a long time for our order because the owner was the only one working. Her employee scheduled didn't show up... Again. That being said the food was excellent! Everything is made fresh, no frozen. The burger was high quality and fantastic. My husband had brisket sandwich which he liked also. The baked beans were thick and hardy with pulled pork meat in it. Yum! They were out of several items due to supply chain issues. Which, is happening all over. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks Jodi keep up the good work!
