Great people‼️ They’re always so kind❗️ The owner is a wonderful Man❗️They carry my favorite candles and spray❗️ If you need something that the store doesn’t have , he does his best to get the products you like ❗️ Their prices are cheaper then any I’ve found‼️ I like to do business with our local businesses. It’s very nice to go into a place and they smile and say hi Sue, how are ya doing today? They are like family to me❣️ They were so kind and caring when I was recovering from breast cancer❗️I’d stop by to get my husbands cigars, and they’d meet me at the door, so I wouldn’t have to open it❗️ Then, this year, we lost our son, suddenly 😔❗️ They were so kind and caring❗️ Just let me know how sorry they were to hear about my loss. They knew how hard this has affected me❗️😢 My family. I have purchased maybe 4 vapes from here before. Well, I Just bought a vape less than 45 min ago. It was hitting fine at first but within the past 15 min it started hitting hard. I've had this happen once before and it only got worse. Sometimes it just happens with disposables but it is what it is. I called in and the only response was "Well once you leave there's no refunds or exchanges. You have to contact the manufacturer." I know Cuddy in Joliet had sent it to the manufacturer for me once before for the same issue. So I then proceeded to ask well how do I do that "Umm, well I'm not too sure." So u have no answer for me on that? "No sorry"

I'm telling u right now there are better smoke shops in Joliet that actually back their products. This was the first time I've had a problem here and most likely will be my last. Very rude female sales clerk (Amanda). Bought an e-cig starter's kit (Vapage Uturn 650) and needed replacement atomizers. Asked the sales clerk if the atomizers would work with my unit, and she said yes. The atomizers did not work with my tank. Asked for a refund since the atomizers were never opened, and the box was not opened either. I was told that I could not get a refund or even store credit due to store policy and supposedly the signs all over the store stating this (did not see). When I explained to her that she said the atomizers would work, she denied that she said it. Told her to have a nice day, and she replied, "not you".
