Roseanna's Pizza & Pasta House — Restaurant in Dickson City

been going to roseannas for the last 20 years always has been phenomenal, never an issue have ate probably everything on the menu, but sadly it's changing more and more recently that I have no choice but to review about it.... first, the pizza taste delicious little complaint just the bottom is caked with flour, and the pizza often has a whole in it like it got stuck in the oven. the hoagies changed alot, for the worse sadly, last few times the mayo had probably 6-8 packets of mayo worth on it to where it just drips out like a sloppy Joe, the lettuce brown slightly translucent shows signs of going bad or to cold sitting to long, deffiently don't appreciate brown lettuce , don't be cheap pick out the brown stuff we shouldn't have to suffer, not professional service sub par food, your standards are better then what's been going out, the ham was slightly more fatty had more of a chew to it, the oil & vinegar use to be spot on, now it seems to be red wine vinegar splashed on to the hoagie was on the outside of my hoagies, dry lettuce shows me there was no oil or oregano added to the hoagie too, sad to see what use to be so consistent to diminishing. I understand the food industry is suffering from inflated prices/ crop issues etc but the last thing anyone should do is take that out on a customer, without our business how will you stay open? take care of the business that takes care of you..will give it another try down the road hoping things...

I was craving a ham n cheese calzone and this place was very cheap so I gave it a shot. First I got there and the place looks pretty empty and run down inside has kind of a clean kitchen area from what I seen. The server told me they only accepted cash after already waiting 25 + minutes for my food so I had to leave and go look for an atm. Finally I pay take my somewhat cold food home and get ready to enjoy. No the calzone was horrible it was very gross regular cheese not mozzarella and the sauce was so bitter and had this horrible taste I cannot describe. Even my kids complained about their chicken tenders and fries. Never again as the saying goes you get what you pay for. I'd rather spend more on food I'll actually enjoy and eat. It all went to waste almost a whole Stromboli also terrible, almost a whole calzone, fries, chicken tenders all wasted food and money so very...

I stopped to get a few slices like I always do, when I got there around 6pm tonight Friday. Slices in the case looked like they were sitting there quite a while, so I asked the girl at the counter when fresh red was coming out. She said no fresh slices are coming out, now they close at 9pm so a fresh pie doesn’t cost hardly anything to them. So I ordered a 12” pie, whoever made my pizza should be fired. The sauce and cheese were spray painted on, very thin to none. Plus the dough was not done enough. I shoveled heavy snow all day and all I wanted was a few slices but if I wanted their pizza I would have to order a tray. When I got home and seen and tasted the pizza, I was furious and disappointed with my favorite pizza place. Duane, you won’t see me there after that experience. Also I wanted to eat there but the dining area was freezing cold. Unacceptable as a life...
