This is a little shout out to Lauren, who I just had the privilege of meeting through the drive-through. I’ve seen you often on through the years. My boys will only eat at this Wendy’s. You never seem to ever ever bring your bad days to work. You always treat your customers with the utmost respect and treat us like our meal matters because it does especially when you’re getting food for your children. I appreciate The way you treat myself as well as my family every single time we come there and today I finally got a second to ask you what your name was. I hope this review gets in the right hands and if it does give Lauren a pat on the back because I can’t say that for the rest of the staff, there’s a lot of them there that act like they’d rather be somewhere else but Lauren acts like it’s the only place in the world she wants to be and anybody reading this knows that it’s work it’s drive-through it’s Wendy’s deep down. Read moreLast time I was here, couldn't get the app to work and even the online site was not working. We decided to just go there and the drive thru and it was so long my fiancée went inside to see if it would be faster and the girl behind the counter was apparently struggling and the manager just stood there shaking her head and not helping. He came back out and was like there's no way. We waited 20 minutes, reached the drive thru and got out order but at the window we were greeted by a gentleman who's shirt was too short and had holes in it and his stomach was hanging out the bottom. We love their new fries and the ghost pepper ranch sauce which we had to go back inside to get after leaving the drive thru because it wasn't there but food is good. They are in desperate need of restructuring or at least some actual guidance from an experienced manager. Read moreFor the past several months, everytime me and my boyfriend go to get food, whether it’s at same time or not, there is always an issue. The biggest issue is with the classic chicken sandwich. We don’t get lettuce or tomato on it and the past 4 times I have asked without lettuce or tomato, they mess it up. First two times, they forgot to take it off, third time, the guy in drive through took off pickles too since “he doesn’t like them” and the forth time, the lady in drive through put down “plain” and I had to correct it at the window with another employee. There’s been times I was charged for something I did not ask for or they completely forget an item. All these times we have ordered, it has been when lines are dead or there are 2-3 cars in total before and after us. The workers don’t seem to know their own menu or know how to properly do any position in the place. It seems going inside and getting your order taken is the best way to make sure its...
