Best Buy, oh Best Buy, where do I begin? If there were a loyalty card for the number of times I've shopped here, I'd probably be in the running for 'Customer of the Decade.' But this time, I wasn't there to add to my gadget collection; I was on a rescue mission for my poor, beleaguered computer.
I must say, the Geek Squad folks must have been trained by tech-savvy monks because their patience is out of this world. They tackled my computers mess with the grace of a ballet dancer or better yet those parkour guys the precision of a surgeon. It was a hot mess express, and they were the conductors, guiding it back to pseudo sanity.
